Morning stay was disturbed by construction noise from neighbouring site. Breakfast not worth 25 RM, cup cakes were not fresh. No bottled water given when asked. Overall average satisfaction"

"I came to this Cherengin Resort with my family hoping to have a good rest for two days. It is 2.15am now and I am unable to sleep because of a group of youth, both boys and girls, walking in front of our rooms marking noise. I was told that they were brought in by a church for training. But I don’t see any church official or hotel security guard advising them to behave. The resort should ensure peaceful environment for all its guests. Please don’t come to this resort expecting a good rest. Thank you"
