I had informed the staff a day prior that I would be checking out at 5:30 a.m., and I was told that the front desk operates 24 hours. However, when I went down in the morning, there was no one at the counter. I waited from 5:30 a.m. until 6:10 a.m., and there was still no staff available. During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate. Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance. Thank you."
