For the access card collection, instruction given late after 3pm, the collection is at mailbox and a bit confusing to first timer on where to get it and how to use the lift when our floor number is not on the display. A clear instruction on all these should help to make our check in easier and smoother. There is a kitchen utilities available for us to have family meal in the unit. There is water leaking at the kitchen sink, they have it fix immediately. There is some dusk at at the living hall cabinet, which I m not expecting when paying for this price for the unit. Hair There is linkbridge to Genting theme park/ ******, the floor is wet that could be due to high humidity, need to walk mindfully, especially for kids and elderly. It took 15-20mins for the journey. Due to fogging, not really can see any view. Overall, the unit are spacious and we have a good family time.

Great spot and a super friendly host. You gotta wait a bit for the hot water in the shower, though. We had some drainage problems with the washer and bathroom, but the host fixed it for us super fast. I'll definitely be back!

Expect an average property and service, a bit over hyped and very much over priced for the value. The building is new and the mall below is still opening. If you are not a Malaysian you will struggle to pay for the facilities (bowling or golf ), they expect you to do a bank transfer and no TouchnGo or cash or card payments are accepted. Some teething issues probably because it’s still being setup, the locker was not working. The rooms are ok, the second bedroom is very small, you can hardly walk. The shower is basic. Not anything that you expect to see for the hype of a luxury apartment. Interestingly we found someone’s forgotten clothes in our room, we doubt if they do a proper cleaning also before giving the apartment to the new clients.

Location is near to Genting Entertainment City. Link bridge walk 10-15 mins with escalator. Mall still new less shops but have conveniences mart. Mix store. Kopitiam n zus n luckin. Unit is clean only hot water is slower n need to turn on frequently.

the room was nice and cozy. honestly, everything was quite complete, from the amenities to the kitchenware, which made our stay very comfortable. there are just a few issues I’d like to highlight. firstly, the hot water issue, around 11pm at night, we tried to shower but there was no hot water in both bathrooms. the water was cold and quite uncomfortable. secondly, the parking layout is a little confusing, especially when walking from one block to another, which can be slightly inconvenient. lastly, in the two-bedroom unit, i feel that the number of power plug points is a bit limited. i could only find a few, which made charging multiple devices slightly challenging. aside from these points, everything else was perfectly fine. we had a good time and enjoyed our stay overall.

I really enjoyed my stay at 7Stones Antara Hotel. The room was great — clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was especially comfy and made it easy to rest after a long day. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
