Windmill Upon Hills Premium Suites Genting Highlands by BYON

Very disappointed room. No aircond in this room but i saw the air conditioning cable is hanging at the wall. Tried to ask the staff to change to room with air conditioning but was denied. We checked out the hotel within 1 hour. Not recommended to anyone this hotel. Kind of scam hotel.

👍🏻 A lot of parking spaces and checkin process very smooth. Kettle is clean and transparent. Clean house. 👎🏻 But the living space got faulty smell (kinda smell like pee idk but smells rught away after unlocked the main door) that i had to spray lotsa perfume to make it gone but still smelly. The toilet sink is clogged. Aircond not so cold.

Unsatisfied with the cleanliness. The bed sheet is dusty and I feel itchy when I lying on the bed. Also, I found a leftover chocolate bar in the sofa seat gap and the wash basin also stuck. Much more convenient if mirror and water filter dispenser provided in the unit.

The pros was the location and easy access parking, staffs were friendly and helpful instead. Cons were - long Q during check-in, room provided with toothbrush set only, not even provide tissue or napkins for guests, water clogged when having shower, room sound proof was very poor, awake 2 nights when next door guests came back around 2-3am 🤦♂️, bathroom seriously required refurbishment and WiFi was down half a day during my stays

Stayed at Windmill Upon Hills Premium Suites Genting Highlands by BYON for a family trip. Booked: 6 Rooms and 2 Houses (2 room, hall and kitchen) Overall, the location is good and convenient, although you will still need to drive up to Genting Highlands. Things to know: • Free parking for 1 car per unit • RM200 deposit per unit required (refunded very fast) • Lifts can get quite congested during peak/rush hours • Toiletries provided: shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush • Kettle provided • Only 1 towel per room was provided • No complimentary bottled water The unit was suitable for a family stay, and having free parking was helpful. Just be prepared for the busy lifts during peak periods and bring your own drinking water. Overall, a practical option if you're driving and looking for accommodation around Genting Highlands.

everything was great and we had a pleasant stay. The facilities were good and the service was nice. The only minor issue was that there was a slight smell in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

The place was clean, comfortable, and overall a good stay. The location was convenient, and everything was as expected. However, the view was quite disappointing and didn’t really match what we were hoping for. Apart from the view, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.
