The location is great, right on the hillside, and there's a place nearby (Wutong Zaiye) with lots of food options. There's also a Premium outlet with many boutique shops. The room facilities are very clean, but you have to be careful by the entrance as you can easily bump into the glass window. I found ants in the kettle, so I had to go out and buy bottled water. Then I discovered there's a water dispenser next to the reception where you can refill.

From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff had a really unwelcoming attitude. When I got to the room, there wasn't even a drinking glass, but they provided water that looked like the picture. After taking a sip, it tasted odd, so I looked closer and saw it was murky! Almost made me sick. Then, for such a big hotel, they don't have their own laundry service. I asked a housekeeping staff member I saw in the hallway, and she said I'd need to put down a 300 RM deposit at the front desk, and since it was past 10 PM, I wouldn't get it back until the next afternoon. I said that was fine, as that's usually how it works. But when I specifically went to the front desk to pay, they said, 'You're only staying for three nights; if you send it for washing, you probably won't get it back. Just use the self-service laundry machine instead...' The breakfast was also very basic. What made me angriest was the night before I checked out. I called concierge for a pair of chopsticks, and they told me to ask housekeeping. When I called housekeeping, they said they didn't have any and told me to ask the front desk. I asked the front desk, and they also said no... Even though there's a restaurant right across from their front desk that definitely has them, they just absolutely refused to help me get some. Even if, hypothetically, they really didn't have chopsticks, shouldn't they at least offer an alternative like a fork? Instead, it was just a blunt 'no!' For a hotel costing over 1,000 a night, I left completely frustrated. If you're considering staying here, avoid it. There's no service attitude and no service awareness! This is my first time writing a negative review on Ctrip, and I'm genuinely getting angrier the more I think about it!
