Guest UserThe hotel front desk staff were friendly, and there was a Chinese-speaking attendant, so language wasn't an issue. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and luxurious! They even provided beautiful complimentary refreshments! The view from the window was especially good, with the clouds in the mountains below us. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during our stay, as it was very foggy.

pikasshiI really liked how clean our room was. The breakfast was also satisfactory. I would definitely stay here again in the future, as long as the service remains consistent. The only downside was the road leading to the hotel, which was not in very good condition. There are new hotel or apartment still under development in the area, so the road is currently poorly maintained.

BMGLI had a very satisfying experience staying at Swiss Garden Hotel Genting Highlands this time! The hotel environment is quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the air is fresh, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff's service attitude was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The overall facilities were well-maintained, and the environment felt very relaxing.
The hotel's location is also very convenient. It's not too far to drive to Genting Highlands and Genting Premium Outlets, allowing you to enjoy the mountain attractions while avoiding the crowded masses. Parking is convenient, which is a big plus for self-driving travelers.
Overall, both the quality of accommodation, the environment, and the service were satisfactory, offering good value for money. If I travel near Genting again in the future, I will choose to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Anonymous UserHad a great 3D2N family stay at Antara Genting Highlands. We booked 3 bedroom suite and requested a higher floor with a nice view, which the hotel kindly arranged. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family, will definitely come back for our next visit.
Location is convenient, around 15-20 minutes walk to SkyAvenue via the link bridge.
Breakfast options are still quite limited.
The biggest disappointment was the Jaccuzi, as the water was cold throughout our stay. We contacted the hotel and maintenance came to check, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved until the day we check out.
The lifts were quite slow during check-out time.
Overall, still a good stay for families, and hopefully the hotel can improve these areas.

Anonymous UserGeo38 Genting Highlands Experience
My stay at Geo38 Genting Highlands was a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering stunning mountain views. The fresh air and cool climate were instantly relaxing. The overall environment was peaceful, making it perfect for escaping the city hustle and enjoying a leisurely vacation.
The hotel's proximity to numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes was incredibly convenient. It's also just a short drive to Genting Highlands and Awana SkyWay, making it an ideal base for sightseeing.
Spending my days exploring and enjoying the scenery, then returning to a comfortable room at night, made the entire trip effortless and enjoyable. Beyond the cool weather, it allowed me to temporarily step away from my busy life and savor some rare moments of tranquility.
This trip to Geo38 Genting Highlands left me with wonderful memories. If I visit Genting again in the future, I would definitely consider staying here. Highly recommended!

SgsamHad an enjoyable stay at 1001 Hotel overall. One of the biggest highlights is its location. It’s situated away from the busy ****** crowds, making it a peaceful retreat while still offering easy access to the attractions. The view is absolutely stunning—waking up to a sea of clouds was truly unforgettable and one of the best parts of the stay.
That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The check-in process was slower than expected (only one staff) and the front desk staff could communicate more clearly and proactively with guests. Better coordination and customer service during check-in would create a much better first impression.
Another downside is the limited food options within or near the hotel. While this may not be an issue for short stays, having more dining choices would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax with spectacular mountain and cloud views, 1001 is a great choice. With improvements to the check-in experience and more food options, it would be an even better destination.

Faz MhmdI recently stayed at Hotel Seri Malaysia Genting Highlands for one night. The hotel has a rather dated appearance, and many aspects of the room, including the bed, wardrobe, and furnishings, seem unchanged for many years. While the room was spacious, the overall condition could benefit from refurbishment.
The room itself was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was less impressive. There were visible signs of mould and some dirt buildup, particularly in certain areas of the toilet.
One of the biggest drawbacks of my stay was the noise level. The hotel is located close to the main road at Gohtong Jaya, and traffic noise could be heard clearly throughout the night. As a result, I found it difficult to get a deep and restful sleep.
Overall, the hotel may be suitable for a short one-night stay if you’re simply looking for a place to rest before heading to Genting Highlands. However, for a stay of two or three nights, I would probably consider other options, especially if sleep quality and comfort are important to you.
