"We are a family of five who booked one double room and one triple room for 2 nights. Rooms are a little cramped, especially the triple room but the rooms, towels, bedsheets and toilets were clean. There are no partitions nor shower curtains, thus after every shower, we'd have to wipe dry the toilet seats. There was an air purifier machine in the triple room which worked well to clear the air in the room as there were no windows. The hair dryer in the triple room was faulty but was quickly replaced when reported. All of us rested well during our stay. Any minor inconveniences we experienced were more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Bee."

"On our way back to Kuala Lumpur from Genting, we deliberately took a detour to stay at this chateau hotel near Colmar Tropicale, and it turned out to be the most delightful 'chill-out' spot of our trip. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to Colmar Tropicale, and the surrounding trails are perfect for leisurely strolls, leaving us feeling completely refreshed by the end of the day. I must particularly rave about the dining! For dinner, I initially went for a creative set menu featuring dishes similar to 'raw-marinated, cooked-marinated' style, but unfortunately, the chef was off that day. We opted for two other options instead, and they were absolutely divine – the French onion soup was so rich I wished I could have another bowl, and the fries were the crispiest I've ever had, a true delight for those who appreciate details. The post-dinner dessert and mung bean soup also defied expectations; I've had countless versions of these, but the flavors here were the most satisfying and not at all cloying. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, and I ordered so many egg dishes that I was stuffed. The Malaysian sausages seemed to be made of pure meat, which gave them a fantastic texture. I highly recommend having all three meals at the hotel; relaxing with good food and drinks is the perfect vacation. The check-in service here also felt like 'royal treatment,' with the front desk staff giving us a guided tour and explanation of the entire chateau. It was thoughtful and thorough. Although the room wasn't large, it was cozy, quiet, and had an excellent view. We were upgraded to the top floor, despite it not being a high-rise building. This place is perfect for a honeymoon or simply a few days of relaxation. I would definitely visit again."

"I was quite disappointed with my stay. When I made the booking, I specifically requested a room with a window, but I was given a room without one. The standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. At 12:02 PM, I received a call from the reception reminding me to check out. When I went down to the front desk, the first thing they did was hand me my deposit back. Honestly, it made me feel as though I was being rushed out or asked to leave, even though I was only two minutes past the check-out time. I hope the management will improve their customer service and treat guests with a little more courtesy and understanding."

"Love the room.. we enjoyed it very much.. Very spacious, complete amenities and has a bathtub. Good view and tv has Netflix and YouTube. Bath amenities, love the heavenly manly sandalwood scent… :) There’s a small mall below it.. Property has a lot of facilities which I love. Love the pool and jacuzzi. Need to make bookings for some and it is chargeable. Not easy if you can’t make a swift transfer. Shower pressure is not good though and lighting is a bit too dim especially in the bathroom. Ample parking but it is chargeable at RM5.30 per day. Location however is a big downer as it is about 20mins walk to the main area via a sheltered slight uphill walkway. Overall, I will stay again and will recommend. I just hope they can maintain this place well or it’ll be a waste."

"Came here for the view and amenities and it did not disappoint. Plus point was the selection of food at the mall, responsive and helpful service staff, and the netflix/youtube premium subscription. We enjoyed ourselves and will come back. Some useful tips for families: - kids will love the many heated pools - washing and machine included in room with detergent powder - full set of cutlery and dishes, even a teapot included in room - ask for extra room card and towels - kids will have fun exploring the many playgrounds and its worth it to book the private pool/darts, golf simulator rooms - fantastic privacy to avoid the weekend crowd at ****** are"

"The hygiene was acceptable. The location is quite good if you're driving. There's a Thai buffet right next door, and plenty of other restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room came with two complimentary bottles of mineral water."

"I requested a high-level room with a Genting or mountain view through the app, but I ended up with a building view. I arrived early at 12 PM to request again at the reception, but they said I couldn't check in until 2:30 PM at the earliest. So I walked around, and when I came back at 2 PM, people were already lining up to check in. When it was my turn, I got a room on level 43 with a building view. I couldn't even pay extra to change rooms. I'm definitely not coming back to Wyndham. I paid 1k for 3 days and 2 nights. It would be better to go to the homestay next to Wyndham, which costs just over 400 for 3 days and 2 nights and at least I wouldn't be as disappointed with this kind of view. The service was also slow. I requested an iron and board from room service at 6:30 AM and only got it after 8 AM, and that was after calling 4-5 times."
