The bathroom is spacious, the shower water is strong, the location is very convenient, and it is very quiet at night. I stayed for one night and the experience was great. It was a good choice.

Some say a hotel is a home away from home. This stay at the InterContinental Changchun High-tech Zone truly made me feel well taken care of.
**Arrival: A Warm Welcome**
The outdoor temperature was above zero (Celsius, implying a warmer-than-expected winter day), and as soon as I entered the lobby, I was enveloped by a warm, pine-scented aroma. The lady at the front desk saw I was holding a coffee and immediately offered me a wet wipe and a portable cup sleeve. This small detail instantly made a great impression on me.
**In the Room: Embracing the View**
Pulling back the curtains, I looked out at the High-tech Zone's evening streets, with traffic flowing like golden ribbons. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite the hustle and bustle outside, it was perfectly quiet inside. A hot bath washed away the dust from my journey. The mattress was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, and I slept deeply that night.
**Culinary Delights: A Taste of Northeast China**
You absolutely must try the steaming hot wontons for breakfast. Sitting by the window, watching the morning light slowly illuminate the city, I felt life was particularly beautiful.
A good hotel makes you fall in love with a city because of one room. Changchun's spring is beautiful, but the hospitality at InterContinental is truly heartwarming.

The location is convenient, and the front desk staff were very welcoming, even bringing us complimentary fruit and yogurt. The first round of the mini-bar was free, and overall, the cleanliness was top-notch. Great value for money, highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The facilities are new and modern, with a tape C interface, which was a great help as my charger was broken. The bathroom floor is non-slip and the details are well done.
Hygiene: Very clean, the bed, bathroom and floor are all clean.
Service: The front desk is very enthusiastic and greets you when you enter the door.
The room is big and comfortable. The price is not high. It is worth recommending.

JJessica YipWe are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

MMilaChinaSecond time I'm staying here and got the room upgrade to the bigger one with the warm toilet seat and spacious bathroom, felt like a 4 star to be honest, the way how clean it was and large windows.
Beautiful desk, very cozy and inspirational for working, city looks also lovely, sound of the city from the window, I like that.
Slippers are warm and you get a small body lotion, so cute and a very strong tea.
Beds on the soft side but very nice.
Will come back.
Stayed in the same hotel chain in Sh and it was not this spacious as here

GGuest UserThe overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.

Angela was genuinely warm and enthusiastic with guests, and her service was efficient and thoughtful – you could really feel her dedication in every detail. Mary upgraded me to a sunnier room in advance, so waking up to bright sunshine after opening the curtains was a fantastic experience! I was also very pleased with He Miao's room cleaning. The hotel is directly opposite MixC shopping mall, and the subway station is right downstairs. The hotel food was good, the room decor was cozy, and all facilities worked perfectly, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It was a very enjoyable experience, five stars!

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, and all the facilities were brand new since it's a recently opened hotel. The mattress was soft, and it was quiet at night, so no disturbances. The front desk was very responsive, and the location offers convenient transportation. Definitely my top choice for business trips.
