Our butler, Lauren, messaged us on WeChat in advance to confirm our arrival time and ensured our room was ready. Upon entering, we found the air purifier already running. The mini-bar even featured complimentary frozen pear juice, which is worth a try. The beef bone soup and corn noodles for breakfast were delicious! The TV allows for direct screen casting, and food deliveries are conveniently brought directly to the room by a robot. Very handy!

The location is super convenient, right at the subway exit downstairs, making it easy to get around. It's also very close to the zoological and botanical garden and the Guilin Road night market. The hotel breakfast was particularly rich and plentiful.

GGuest UserI couldn't book a family room online. I booked a superior double room. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk changed me to a family room. The lady was really nice. It was big and clean. I was originally worried that the newly renovated room would have a smell. None. It’s very safe to live with children. The hotel has a laundry room and a free parking lot downstairs. You can order takeout robots for food delivery. There are a lot of places to eat around. The transportation is also very convenient. You can walk to Eurasia Mall for dinner. Then I walked to Wanda, which is very close to the mountains. Next time I go to Changchun, I will stay at this Hanting Hotel. It’s great!

MMilaChinaSecond time I'm staying here and got the room upgrade to the bigger one with the warm toilet seat and spacious bathroom, felt like a 4 star to be honest, the way how clean it was and large windows. Beautiful desk, very cozy and inspirational for working, city looks also lovely, sound of the city from the window, I like that. Slippers are warm and you get a small body lotion, so cute and a very strong tea. Beds on the soft side but very nice. Will come back. Stayed in the same hotel chain in Sh and it was not this spacious as here

NNishishuiyaaaThe hotel's location is right in the city center, making transportation very convenient. Cultural Square is just next door, and this Chinese New Year, there's even an ice sculpture of the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests that's lovely to visit in the evening. As soon as you enter the hotel, you're greeted by a sense of cleanliness and that distinctive, unidentifiable Hilton scent. The front desk staff, restaurant hosts, and even the cleaning aunties were all very polite and friendly. The facilities are excellent and complete, with a gym and a self-service laundry room. Breakfast was also delicious; even my picky daughter ate quite a bit. One really great service from the front desk is how they've compiled a list of all the best places to eat and visit in Changchun, which is incredibly helpful for out-of-town visitors to know where to go. This detail is truly fantastic! The Cultural Square branch is definitely worth a repeat stay! ❤️

YYukikazeGoThis hotel, originally the Yamato Hotel built by the South Manchuria Railway, boasts a century of history, and its decor beautifully reflects that historical charm. The mosaic artwork in the lobby is particularly photogenic. Despite its vintage aesthetic, the facilities are thoroughly modern. Upon check-in, we were even thoughtfully provided with yogurt and snacks. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, making it spacious enough for two. The breakfast buffet is incredibly rich, offering a great mix of Western and Chinese dishes, all delicious. The hotel is located directly opposite Changchun Station, with entrances to Metro Lines 1 and 3 right outside, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. There's also ample parking, so no worries if you're driving. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Changchun to explore the historical sites related to the Puppet Manchukuo.

GGuest UserMy teenage daughter and I stayed at this hotel in a double room for 5 nights. We were impressed with the comfort of the beds, the breakfast and the service (although you will need to use a translation app if you do not speak Chinese). The breakfast was excellent in my opinion (wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes, salads, soup noodles, fried eggs, friend noodles and rice), but there was also toast and jam. While they did not have any knives to spread the butter and jam, we were able to purchase one across the road at a small but decently stocked supermarket. The hotel is located within walking distance of a unique mall (The Hill), many restaurants, and a very professional place (Oudi) for foot and body massage. Although don't expect anything to be open for dinner on Chinese New Year's eve. There was a snowy view out the window, and we were glad to be able to open the window sometimes as well as the rooms were well heated. While the hotel is right opposite a bus stop, it was far from a metro stop, so expect to take taxis everywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Changchun.
