Came to Changchun for a trip during the May Day holiday and was extremely satisfied overall. It truly lives up to its 5-diamond quality, and the price was quite a good deal. The breakfast was plentiful, and the rooms were well-equipped and luxurious. I haven't encountered a hotel in Changchun that provides a Dyson hairdryer before! The hotel also has a courtyard on the first floor, and the overall design style is very unique. It truly deserves its recognition on design lists. Upon check-in, I got the contact information for our butler, Daniel. During our two-day stay, he was incredibly responsive and attentive to every request. He helped with sending packages, carrying luggage, delivering items, and always replied quickly, no matter the time. He definitely deserves a shout-out! It was a very satisfying stay, five-star review!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The moment I entered the lobby, I was captivated by its elegant and stylish decor; the environment was incredibly classy. The receptionist, Ms. Xu, was incredibly friendly and efficient, checking me in was quick and easy, with no waiting whatsoever. The room was spotless, making me feel very comfortable. The breakfast was a delightful surprise—a wide variety and a generous spread; I highly recommend it!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star rating! The hotel boasts an elegant environment with a strong sense of design. Its location is super convenient, making both travel and shopping a breeze. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, ranging from local specialties to Western pastries. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, professional, and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. The guest rooms were spotlessly clean, with soft, comfortable beds and all the amenities one could need. The underground parking had plenty of spaces, so parking was never an issue. There are also many attractions and shopping areas nearby, offering plenty of options for getting around. The robot room service was a delightful surprise – both fun and efficient, adding a futuristic touch. All the staff were very dedicated, promptly responding to any requests and genuinely looking out for guests, making me feel right at home. All in all, this was a highly satisfying stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all my friends!

The service at Four Points by Sheraton truly warmed my heart 💛 The whole hotel has a great modern, minimalist, and upscale feel. The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. But the best part was the service! The front desk lady was not only good-looking but also proactively upgraded my room. She even patiently showed me how to adjust the air conditioning, even though it's a small detail. Her meticulous and thoughtful service truly made me feel 'cared for' and right at home. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich! There was a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, plus unlimited fruits, snacks, and drinks! This is a place I'd definitely rebook for both business trips and vacations. Go for it!

[Changchun Jingyue Holiday Hotel] A fantastic stay! 🌟 I chose the Jingyue Holiday Hotel for my business trip to Changchun, and I was truly pleasantly surprised! The hotel environment was superb, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept in until I naturally woke up. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in was incredibly fast. A special thank you to Ms. Joan Nie Wenqian for her thoughtfulness and care, making me, a late-night arrival, feel so welcome. The housekeeping was also meticulous, with impeccable attention to detail! 📍The location is super convenient, right near Jingyuetan Lake, with beautiful greenery all around—perfect for a morning run! The breakfast selection was extensive, a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the local specialties were especially authentic! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changchun, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting for tourism or business!

Going to Lotus Mountain to ski, so I set it here, the decoration style is simple and generous, the restaurant is very convenient, the pot meat is very good 👍 The front desk brother is warm and helpful, helping to set the car the next morning, and let the breakfast be prepared in advance, so that we can go skiing early and come back next time.

The location is excellent, with free parking! The decor is unique and full of design! The room was spacious, quite spacious! The bedding was incredibly comfortable! The mattress, quilt, and pillows were all high-quality, a real eye-catcher! The smart toilet and curtains were fantastic! The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff and even the luggage helpers, were incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive! On October 7th, we stayed for 153 yuan (excluding breakfast), which was excellent value!

The staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request. The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made. The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected. With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.

The biggest highlight of my stay was the excellent service from the front desk staff! They were enthusiastic and friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient, with no delays. When I asked about nearby restaurants and transportation, they gave me detailed suggestions. They were also prompt in responding to any small issues I had, offering attentive and thoughtful service that made me feel truly welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this place!
