"I rarely write reviews, and when I do, they're usually negative. But this Atour hotel absolutely deserves a massive five-star rating! 1. The breakfast is incredibly diverse for the price! And it's available for a long time, especially on weekends until 11 AM. If you're not in a hurry, it could easily double as lunch. 2. The room is very quiet; you barely hear any significant noise. However, the soundproofing might not be the best, as you can occasionally hear children running around. 3. The laundry room is the absolute highlight! Although there are only three washing machines and three dryers, which might lead to queues during peak hours, the service is absolutely fantastic! The staff will dry and hang your laundry outside your room door as requested, and it's quite clean—not as dirty as you might imagine a public laundry room to be. Plus, each cycle can be disinfected. 4. Both during check-in and check-out, they gave our child a fridge magnet and a small fan, which was so thoughtful! I also heard they offer late-night congee, which we didn't try, but I imagine it's also excellent!"

"This was my first stay at Hanting 4.0's new branch, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel is right next to Jingyuetan National Forest Park, which made visiting the scenic area incredibly convenient. The overall decor is minimalist yet sophisticated, and the faint scent of Zen tea in the lobby was so relaxing. The room had plenty of natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The electric curtains were a great touch. The hotel has a large on-site parking lot, complete with EV charging stations, so self-driving electric car owners don't have to worry at all. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. It's perfect for both short trips and longer stays. If you're visiting Jingyuetan, this place should be your top choice!"

"Service provided by the staff at the hotel was beyond my expectations, especially Kayn, who could respond to my requests constantly in time. As a brand new hotel, facilities are quite modernized. However, due to the lack of ventilation windows, the odor probably caused by the decoration last year was too strong to be accepted. Open for almost one year, an urgent advice is now given to the management team that air purification inside the whole hotel should be put on the top agenda."

"This hotel truly embodies the warm hospitality of Northeast China! The service was incredibly enthusiastic and always came with a smile. We especially loved the complimentary wellness tea in the lobby; it was so comforting to have a warm cup after being out in the snowy weather, and they were happy to refill it for us when we asked for more. The hotel allows food deliveries, and a robot brings them directly to your room, which is an absolute godsend! It's so warm inside the room that having to bundle up, go down to the first floor to pick up an order, and then peel off all those layers again would have been a real hassle. So, a huge thank you for the robot service! We accidentally stained the sheets and duvet cover twice, and the service was prompt and efficient in replacing them each time. The location is fantastic, right in the city center with a bus stop directly outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. Given how cold it was, we mostly took taxis, and the hotel's street-side location made pickups and drop-offs very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!"

The location is quite easy to find, with a large sign at the intersection of Weishan Road. There's also a parking lot right next to it, making parking very convenient."

The cover photo and name for the property is a bit confusing - it's not a hotel, it ended up being an apartment in a residential building. It was reasonably clean with basic amenities - good value for the price, but it would be much improved if a bit more thought was given to the amenities - for instance, there was a fridge, but there was nowhere to plug it in and no extention cord and there was a kitchenette, but no kitchen equipment (no pots, bowls, cups) to actually cook in."

It's right next to Wanda Plaza, which is super convenient for dining and shopping. The service was also great; they even offered an umbrella when it was raining. Highly recommend!"

"We booked this hotel with our child, having heard many good things about it. The hotel's surroundings are truly beautiful, with lush trees, and it's conveniently located very close to Nanhu Park, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. The lobby is grand, the rooms are spacious, and it offers good value for money. However, compared to the exceptional warmth we experienced from the staff at Songyuan the day before, the Nanhu staff seemed a little indifferent. Throughout our stay, no bellhop ever offered to assist with our luggage, and we weren't greeted by any service personnel."

The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle – truly an ideal stopover for any trip."
