"This stay was a wonderful surprise! The entire process, from booking to check-out, was incredibly smooth. The front desk staff, Pang Ying, was efficient and professional during check-in. The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. All of the hotel's facilities, such as the gym and restaurant, were also very well-maintained. Most importantly, every single staff member had a smile on their face."

"I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel, overlooking Changchun Station! The room facilities are super comprehensive: a smart toilet, a high-definition projector TV that's a breeze to use, and an independently controlled air conditioner that's both quiet and powerful. The hotel's overall environment is elegant, with warm green plants adorning the lobby. The hallway carpets are clean and odor-free, and the soundproofing is so good you can't hear the traffic downstairs. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff warmly helped with luggage and introduced the surrounding area, to the cleaning staff who proactively replenished supplies daily – the service was incredibly thoughtful. The cleanliness is impeccable; the sheets and duvet covers are dry and soft, and the bathroom corners are spotless. Standing by the window, overlooking the bustling Changchun Station, was truly a little piece of happiness during my trip!"

"I highly recommend the Changchun Xinfa Hotel (Shanghai Road Wanda Plaza Branch)! The hotel's location is superb, very close to Changchun Railway Station and People's Square. It's also just a ten-minute walk to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping.
The room's cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. What surprised me most was the配套服务 (complimentary services). The free laundry room and fitness center were incredibly practical, and the robot service added a lot of convenience and fun. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and responded promptly.
For a budget hotel, the environment and services offered here provide exceptional value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and family travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changchun!"

"My stay was just okay. First off, I was upgraded to a deluxe double business suite, but the entire suite only had two outlets, both in the corners of the room, and none by the bedside. I had to ask the staff for a power strip to charge anything.
The fridge and water heater shared a single plug, meaning I could only use one appliance at a time, and the other just sat there as a decoration.
In the bedroom, the TV cable dangling from under the vanity looked quite alarming, unsafe, and a real safety hazard.
Also, the hygiene was seriously lacking. On our first day, we found a used toothbrush wrapped in the anti-slip mat, and during my shower, a used dental floss pick washed out from the base of the wall. This is just too unsanitary.
Finally, for a 'deluxe business suite,' you'd expect some basic amenities, but the room was completely bare. It was so clean it didn't even look like a business suite. Pretty disappointing."

"This hotel stay completely redefined my understanding of what a truly excellent accommodation should be! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm lighting and soothing music in the lobby immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional; check-in was super efficient, and they even proactively upgraded my room, which was a delightful surprise! The hotel also thoughtfully provided Type-C charging ports. The room itself was absolutely flawless: the bedding was incredibly soft, and with the blackout curtains drawn, it created a perfect sleeping environment. Even the bathroom was impressive, featuring a smart toilet and a large rainfall showerhead – every detail showcased thoughtful design and comfort. The hotel gym was equipped with brand-new machines. Breakfast offered such a vast selection that it was hard to choose, with everything from Chinese hot congee and fried dough sticks to Western pastries and coffee, truly catering to all tastes. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. This entire stay was absolutely perfect – a definite five-star experience! I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again for my next trip."

"Poor value for money. The rooms were very basic, more like a guesthouse, though the overall setting was lovely, situated in a garden. We were checked in by a man from the marketing department who seemed deliberately unaccommodating towards senior guests. He initially claimed there were no twin rooms available upstairs, so we had no choice but to accept a ground floor room. After spending a long time looking at the computer, he assigned us room 168, which was tucked away very far inside. Not only was it a long walk to get there, but the room also had an unpleasant odor. We were already exhausted from our journey, and it felt like he was deliberately trying to make things difficult for us. We had to walk all the way back to the front desk to ask why he had assigned us such a distant room. He seemed flustered, glanced at his computer, and within seconds, magically found a closer room, 108. It was clear he could have made proper arrangements from the start, but he chose to create unnecessary trouble. I truly don't understand people like that. Everywhere else we've traveled, upon seeing our age, we've always been given conveniently located rooms. I didn't give zero for service because the lobby manager always greeted us with a smile when we passed through, and after we left, someone called to ask for our feedback. However, someone like him has no business being in a customer-facing role; he'd be better off as a cleaner."

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just about 100 meters to the right of the South Exit of the high-speed rail station, and the subway is right downstairs, making it super easy to get to all the attractions. For Longjia Airport, you can take the high-speed train from Changchun Station to Longjia Station, which only takes about ten minutes. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. This will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Changchun."

"The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, but parking is a hassle as you have to drive around to the B Tower underground parking of the International Building. There's no tactile paving in front of the hotel's main entrance, indicating inadequate facilities. If guests have a lot of luggage, they'll struggle to carry it themselves or need two people to lift it. When trying to resolve a breakfast issue with a front desk staff member, they insisted the restaurant was outsourced and couldn't make any exceptions. However, after asking other hotel staff, I found out the restaurant is self-operated and not outsourced. I'm puzzled as to why that staff member lied. The breakfast fee was paid via a WeChat QR code on their phone, but the recipient's name wasn't the hotel's, which was quite confusing. The breakfast selection was quite rich and could cater to different needs."

"The hotel's location is great, close to the train station and Chongqing Road shopping street. On the shopping street, there's a Xinjiang uncle's BBQ stall that's really delicious, and also a local Changchun ice cream brand called 'Little Girl Ice Cream'. There's a park nearby too. The hotel offers free parking, and the room type I booked had a refrigerator, which was very convenient. I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Changchun."

"The hotel's location is outstanding, right in the heart of People's Square. It's very close to the subway station, just a 3-5 minute walk, making it convenient to reach all of Changchun's main attractions. You can take the subway to sites like the Museum of the Imperial Palace of Manchukuo, Changchun Film Studio Museum, and This Mountain. Yongxing Morning Market is also just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The heating in the hotel is excellent; despite freezing temperatures outside, it was almost too warm indoors, but thankfully, there's an AC and a fan to balance the room temperature. Overall, it was a very good experience."

My friend recommended this hotel for my business trip, as it's close to their place. The hotel has a large courtyard, which makes parking convenient, and it's not far from Nanhu Park, so you can take a stroll after dinner. The hotel was renovated in 2024, so the facilities are relatively new. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable. There's a self-service laundry room and a gym. However, the room is quite small; the shower stall is so tiny you can't even turn around. This was the main reason I switched hotels after staying two nights. The overall hygiene was decent. Service was mediocre; they didn't offer things that should have been provided during check-in, and the mini-bar was empty. I had to ask at the front desk the next day to get tickets for the Liu Laogen Grand Stage. The front desk manager seemed nice and even offered to put extra drinks in the mini-bar, but in the end, it was just one Coke and one Sprite. What kind of management is that, *chuckles*. The breakfast selection is quite good for a four-star standard. However, I noticed leftover noodles from the previous guest on a supposedly cleaned table. They start clearing the food promptly at 9:30 AM, right on the dot, without any prior warning to guests on the first day. Overall, I'd say the hotel's rating should be a pretty good four-star. It's confusing how Ctrip's four/five-star ratings and four/five-diamond ratings are all over the place.

It was big and clean. I was originally worried that the newly renovated room would have a smell. None. It’s very safe to live with children. The hotel has a laundry room and a free parking lot downstairs. You can order takeout robots for food delivery. There are a lot of places to eat around. The transportation is also very convenient. You can walk to Eurasia Mall for dinner. Then I walked to Wanda, which is very close to the mountains. Next time I go to Changchun, I will stay at this Hanting Hotel. It’s great!

The price is reasonable and the location is great. This time, after booking a room, they upgraded me to a suite. It was my first time staying in this type of room, and the space was very large, and the bedding was very clean. Chaoman Hotel is really spoiling me, haha.
However, I have a suggestion: there are only two bottles of water in the room, placed in the living room. It's not enough, and I have to go out to get more. I suggest that the suite have two more bottles in the bedroom.

NNasih AliI went there for my wife’s birthday. Just to give her a relax time. Partly it was a disaster the room cards were not working properly I had to ask them twice to change them. I parked my bike outside the hotel and the guards moved it and wrote a note me that I can’t park there in the hotels parking area. The staff of the hotel have no control over their own parking space. I felt it’ was really discriminating and partially ******. The room was extremely hot and the AC doesn’t work to make it cool. They had to provided fans and it was loud and uncomfortable to sleep. but the hotel tried to make up for what happened apologized. I appreciate the apology. But being one of the best branded hotels I expected better. I have stayed in holiday inn many times and this was so far the most unpleasant stay. I did tell the hotel staff my review of the hotel won’t be pleasant and they said it’s ok so guess they didn’t care about much what happened.
