"The hotel is in a good location, with Metro Line 2 nearby, making it quite convenient. The room was clean, but the facilities were a bit old, and the sewer was slow. The breakfast was quite varied, and the staff were prompt and diligent in clearing tables and restocking food. However, due to the large number of people, the order was a bit chaotic."

"The hotel has a great location, but not much of a view. The interior design was definitely to my liking, though I only snapped a few quick photos during my visit. I didn't even have time to try the breakfast. There were some issues with my room, but they were resolved promptly, thanks to the manager on duty that night. (However, the issue of calling Mei Hua Hotel is something they really need to address; it was quite ridiculous.) This hotel opened 26 years ago; I hope it continues to improve!"

"I heard that Changbaishan Hotel is a historic hotel that recently underwent renovation, and the photos looked great. So, when I came to Changchun, I chose to stay here. For a price of just over 600, you get two 1.35m twin beds and breakfast included – what more could you ask for? I feel the service is much better than those big-name five-star hotels. The room is spacious, the service is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and it's very clean. It's also super convenient for visiting places like Changying Studio. Definitely recommended! 👍 My travel companions all thought it was good, and we'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance. The only thing is, because it's newly renovated, there's still a slight smell in the room. You can ask the staff for an air purifier. If you're sensitive to smells, you might consider staying here at a later time."

"I brought my family for a trip around Changchun and chose this Sheraton hotel. Check-in was quick, and they even provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes when they saw I had a child, which I really appreciate. The gym and pool are on the 5th floor. I noticed the staff were very proactive in greeting guests and saying hello during my stay, which was excellent. **Environment:** The location is pretty good; there's a night market nearby where you can grab some BBQ in the evening. I didn't get to try the buffet restaurant in the evening, but it looked quite busy. I'll have to experience it next time! Thumbs up for the overall experience! 👍 Thumbs up for the service! 👍"

"We booked this hotel with our child, having heard many good things about it. The hotel's surroundings are truly beautiful, with lush trees, and it's conveniently located very close to Nanhu Park, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. The lobby is grand, the rooms are spacious, and it offers good value for money. However, compared to the exceptional warmth we experienced from the staff at Songyuan the day before, the Nanhu staff seemed a little indifferent. Throughout our stay, no bellhop ever offered to assist with our luggage, and we weren't greeted by any service personnel."

"This established five-star hotel chain is truly reliable, offering excellent quality and meticulous attention to detail. Our butler, Lauren, messaged us on WeChat in advance to confirm our arrival time and ensured our room was ready. Upon entering, we found the air purifier already running. The mini-bar even featured complimentary frozen pear juice, which is worth a try. The beef bone soup and corn noodles for breakfast were delicious! The TV allows for direct screen casting, and food deliveries are conveniently brought directly to the room by a robot. Very handy!"

"I booked the hotel as an alternative to other 5-star hotels in the city. The check-in went smoothly. The staff was friendly but the service was a bit pushy for me. The hotel is in prime location with a wonderful view of the river that could be enjoyed through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Sadly, I could not appreciate it as the windows were quite dirty (I could barely see anything). I ended up taking a walk along the river which I did not regret. The bathtub was a bit outdated (mildly put). My second day, I ordered breakfast yet the room service was VERY slow. I anticipated something more client-oriented, modernized, clean, and swift from a 5-star hotel. I enjoyed my stay nevertheless but next time would consider other options."

"Facilities: Clean. Discounts: Get a 10% discount on Changchun Film Studio Museum tickets (originally 90 yuan, save 10 yuan by asking at the front desk). Environment: Directly opposite Changchun Film Studio, close to the popular 'Zhe You Shan' mall and Wanda Plaza. The tram line 54 terminus is also right downstairs, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Only drawback: It gets crowded at the mall on weekends, and there can be traffic jams at the entrance, so plan to leave with plenty of time."

"I chose this hotel for the Changchun Air Show. It is good value for money. First of all, the hotel is very close to the air show. Secondly, the parking downstairs is convenient. There is also a warm and thoughtful hotel service. Every service staff is very polite and has questions. I don't tire of it. Secondly, the hotel was clean and tidy, and I took the children. I was very worried at first, but we checked out late the next day and saw the aunt cleaning the room, and the bed unit was replaced in time. Besides, the bathing place is very large, and the lady's bathing aunt is also very good. After watching the air show and the drone show, it is already 11 o'clock in the evening to take a bath, but the aunt is not annoying at all, and comforts me and tells me they are 24 hours. In short, this hotel gave me a very good stay experience. I will choose next time I go."
