Friendship Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located right at the intersection of Renmin Avenue and Ziyou Road, with a subway entrance just outside. The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. We stayed for two nights and received complimentary breakfast and drinks. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the hot dishes were different each day and tasted excellent. It was a very comfortable stay. During the summer, it might get busy with many alumni from Northeast Normal University, so rooms could be scarce.

Service: Excellent service! The hotel was fully booked, but they upgraded us to a family room for free. Facilities: The room was spacious and well-equipped with all amenities. Cleanliness: Very clean, highly recommended! Location: The hotel has a prime location, right across from the zoo and botanical garden. Thumbs up!

The room and facilities were excellent. You can redeem points for breakfast. It's very close to the zoo and botanical garden, as well as Guilin Road, all within about a 10-minute walk. The first round of the mini-bar was complimentary, including two bottles of Quanyangquan water and Coke. The breakfast selection was very rich.

Great location, close to the subway station with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. It's perfect for families. The front desk staff are also very helpful and friendly.

Excellent! They upgraded us to a kids' room, which made my child very happy. I have a special connection to this hotel; I used to study at East China Normal University and really miss the area. I go back every year, and staying here is incredibly convenient. The environment is also exceptionally good.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station. The night market and botanical garden are just a few minutes' walk away, making it super convenient to get to all the nearby attractions. The hotel staff were attentive, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was very generous. My child and I had a very comfortable stay. Due to a change in weather, we had to check out a day early, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful with the process. They even gave us a thoughtful souvenir. This hotel truly cares about its guests and is definitely worth revisiting!

Extremely clean and tidy, the bedding was top-notch. I especially loved the pillows and mattress. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area. It's also super convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and dining.

Really loved it! We got an early check-in and a room upgrade, and the room was huge! Both the kids and adults enjoyed it. I noticed a lot of people from Shanghai choose this place. The location is excellent; it's diagonally opposite Northeast Normal University, and just a 10-minute walk to Guilin Road. The subway station is right across the street downstairs, super convenient! The service attitude was also great!
