"I took advantage of my vacation to visit Wuhan, and after dinner in Optics Valley, I decisively chose the Novotel Optics Valley. My entire stay was perfectly comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to major shopping malls and creative parks. The self-parking area is also spacious, so no waiting to park. Room service was meticulous and thorough; there was no dust in the corners, the bedding was dry and tidy, and the air conditioning temperature control was just right. The facilities are very comprehensive; I used the well-equipped gym in my free time, which met my daily workout needs. The front desk staff were attentive, efficient with check-in, and patiently answered all my questions. The breakfast buffet had fresh ingredients, including local specialties like ReGanMian (hot dry noodles) and beef noodles, and dishes were replenished regularly. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, with clean and stylish public areas. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business stays, offers great value for money, and the overall service lives up to the brand's reputation. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Optics Valley."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable and clean, allowing for a great night's sleep. "The facilities, hygiene, and environment all deserve five stars. The reason for the low rating is primarily due to the issue pictured in image eight and service problems. The hotel's decor is very stylish, and the room itself is well-designed. I'm quite sensitive to smells, and even though it was a windowless room, there was no strange odor, and the air felt fresh and not stuffy, which I really appreciated. The height of the vanity table was also perfect for applying makeup. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the extra-large TV was fantastic to watch, plus it came with VIP access. All the advantages mentioned above are due to the hotel's hardware facilities. The service was a bit chaotic, but if it were just a minor service issue, I would have overlooked it and given a high rating because of the excellent hardware. However, the main problem is the safety and privacy issue shown in image eight. Around 2 PM, I was about to take a shower when suddenly my room door was opened by someone using a key card without any warning. It was a stranger, who claimed to be a maintenance worker there to fix the curtains, saying he didn't know there was a guest inside. I don't know how your hotel's internal communication works, but why can a maintenance worker just swipe a key card and enter? I consider this a serious mistake. If I had been a bit faster, I might have been naked in front of a strange man. I've stayed in so many hotels and this is the first time I've encountered something like this – it's outrageous!"

"As a student on a budget trip to Wuhan, I didn't have much to spend, and Feixiang was a perfect fit. For just over a hundred, I got a spacious king-size room. Downstairs, there are affordable snacks and convenience stores, so no need for expensive delivery. The subway is right there, taking you directly to all the attractions, keeping travel costs low. The bedding was clean and odorless, hot water was available 24/7, and the soundproofing was great. The low price definitely didn't compromise the experience. For students traveling, this is a no-brainer!"

Throughout my stay, any needs or questions I had were promptly addressed and resolved; the attention to detail was exceptional. The lobby has a self-service tea and coffee bar, which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were great. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic! This kind of professional yet warm service, along with the thoughtful and detailed amenities for guests, truly made my business trip feel so much more enjoyable. "This hotel is conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the West Gate of Wuhan University, making transportation very easy. It's a great base for exploring Wuhan's attractions. They have laundry and drying machines on the second floor, which is super convenient for washing clothes. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and the front desk staff are very attentive. The environment is clean and tidy, and the hygiene is also excellent. Highly recommend!"

"這次入住體驗真的超出預期！酒店大堂大氣敞亮，所有公共區域打掃得乾乾淨淨，走廊、休息區隨時保持整潔，細節衞生維護做得很到位。 酒店配有三部電梯直達客房樓層，電梯運行速度飛快，就算是入住高峯期，也基本不用長時間排隊等候，上下樓出行特別省心省力。 房間面積很大，空間開闊不擁擠，不會有壓抑感。全屋採光特別好，大窗户透進充足的自然光，屋內通透明亮。落地窗視野絕佳，能夠欣賞壯闊的長江江景，白天看江景開闊治癒，傍晚看江邊落日氛圍感直接拉滿。 前台工作人員態度熱情有禮貌，辦理入住退房效率很高，有諮詢問題都耐心細緻解答。整體環境安靜舒適，硬件設施維護良好，不管是旅遊出行還是短期出差，都是很不錯的選擇，下次來武漢還會優先選擇這家酒店。"

It has a bathtub, which is convenient for kids to bathe, and household appliances like a washing machine and microwave oven are all available, which is very handy. Cleanliness: The hotel is new and very clean; the cleaning is meticulous. Ambiance: The environment is nice, the decor is elegant, and there's an air purifier, so you don't smell anything unpleasant. Service: The service is great, they are responsive to all requests. The freshly-made beef noodles at breakfast are the best! I'd suggest they put up a sign near the noodle station listing the types of noodles available, so every guest doesn't have to ask, and the staff doesn't have to repeat themselves. Environment: There's also a great kids' play area with some tabletop games that kept the children entertained. They can also play in the lobby on the 29th floor. Overall, it's excellent!👍"
