Details: Meeting Point: Via Giuseppe Dezza 47, Milan Intercom: 13 Step into our elegant Milanese family home and enjoy one of Milan's most authentic cooking experiences. Surrounded by beautiful artwork, antique furniture, and generations of family history, you'll feel like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. Italian cuisine has recently been recognized by UNESCO for its cultural value, making this the perfect time to discover Italy's culinary traditions. During this hands-on class, you'll prepare fresh pasta, ravioli, and authentic tiramisu from scratch using family recipes passed down through generations. Grandmother Bruna and her grandchildren trained at the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institute in France, but our greatest inspiration has always been our own grandmothers, whose recipes continue to inspire every class. When Grandma Bruna is unavailable, one of her children or grandchildren will welcome you and teach the same authentic family recipes and techniques. Our home is just 20 meters from the Coni Zugna–Via Foppa stop on the Blue Metro Line (M4). Classes are held in English. About 12 hours before your class, you'll receive an email with your instructor's name.
