Came to Lijiang with friends and, though it was a shame the weather kept us from seeing the 'sunlit golden mountains,' this guesthouse was incredibly comfortable. The views were great, and breakfast was delicious – eating while looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows was such a delight! When we came back from hiking Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, they even prepared ginger tea and tonics for us. They were so thoughtful and just lovely people overall. If I ever come back to Lijiang, I'd definitely stay here again!

The unobstructed view from the room is fantastic, you can even see the 'golden mountains in the sunrise' right from your bed. My wife and I also opted for the starlit room, and the sky from 3 AM to 5 AM was absolutely breathtaking with all the stars. The owner provided excellent service and offers free shuttle rides to Shuhe Ancient Town and Baisha Ancient Town. Great value for money!
