The room was comfortable and the environment beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided afternoon tea and a cake to celebrate my birthday. It's also conveniently located near Shuhe Ancient Town.

Traveling with my dog, I was constantly on the lookout for pet-friendly hotels. During the May Day holiday, the Anzhi Hotel's room rate for this room type was 550+, which is not a huge increase from its usual 470 for the same room. The room itself was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Highly, highly recommend!

This stay was absolutely terrible, I strongly advise against it! It really wasn't worth the price or the service! 1. Around 8 AM, the cleaning staff just swiped their card and entered the room without knocking or any prior notice. There was zero privacy, and it gave me quite a fright. 2. If you're considering a room with a bathtub, I strongly recommend against it. The drains were full of grime, which was absolutely disgusting, so I didn't dare use it. The room's cleanliness was extremely perfunctory; it was generally dirty and felt unsafe. 3. The towels in the room had black spots and were unusable. There was also hair left over from cleaning. 4. The rooftop area for viewing the snow mountains was still under construction and couldn't be used. 5. As for the complimentary tea cake making experience, please don't get your hopes up. It's a collaboration with the hotel, and you can't even take it with you. It's just a tiny cake pressed by a machine, and the whole experience lasts only 2 minutes. We walked 20 minutes for nothing. (The pressing itself isn't done at the hotel). 6. I couldn't even try the coffee. They said the new pour-over壶 (kettle/pot) hadn't arrived yet. 7. The afternoon tea experience was also very disappointing; the cake was frozen solid, like something bought from outside. 8. The slippers also looked very dirty, as you can see in the pictures. 9. The biscuits provided were also different from what was promised; they were a domestic brand instead of what was advertised.

Facilities: Pretty good. Hygiene: Acceptable. Environment: Nice. Service: Very enthusiastic. It was a pleasant stay. It's also quite convenient to walk to the ancient city. The two cats are adorable, and you can get a great view of the snow-capped mountains from the terrace! 👍

The butler service was excellent, handling all our requests promptly. The hotel itself is also beautiful. The only minor drawback is the poor soundproofing; we could hear loud conversations from the next room. The balcony offered a glimpse of the 'sun-kissed golden mountains' (rijian jinshan).

The room design was very thoughtful, with a separate wet and dry area, plenty of hot water, and high-quality toiletries. Overall, the hygiene was impeccable; the cleaning staff were incredibly meticulous and dedicated.

The hotel facilities are new and well-equipped. The room is spacious, comfortable, and has great natural light. The staff are enthusiastic and quick to provide anything you need. Overall, it's excellent!

Great value for money! The front desk staff were warm and professional, and I was very happy with the room. It was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent!
