I booked this hotel based on its location, as I needed to get to Suvarnabhumi Airport. It's super convenient – just turn right out of the hotel, then right again, and go straight to reach the Airport Rail Link. If you turn left and walk a few steps, you'll find the King Power Duty Free shop, though there wasn't much to buy. A bit further down is CentralWorld, and from the roadside here, you can catch bus 1-80E directly to the Grand Palace, which is the last stop, for just 8 baht. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'd definitely book again.

The room is spacious, with a 1.8-meter single bed and a balcony offering a pleasant view of the small park across the road. The room is well-equipped with a safe and a mini-fridge. The minibar provides two complimentary bottles of water and instant coffee sachets daily. Toiletries are comprehensive, including bath towels, fabric slippers, a toothbrush set, shampoo, and shower gel (I loved the lemongrass and lemon scent). The staff proactively changed the bath towels daily. They were warm and attentive, and almost all of them could speak Chinese. When I checked out, my luggage was too big, and a staff member kindly helped me carry it to the roadside. The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and a subway station. There are several 7-Eleven stores and a shopping mall nearby. Just a short walk out, across the street, is the King Power Duty-Free Shop, making shopping very convenient.

The staff at Picnic Hotel were excellent. We were warmly welcomed with drinks upon arrival, and it was easy to communicate since they speak English well. The room exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Bangkok.

The hotel is less than a kilometer from the Airport Rail Link and Green Line BTS, about a ten-minute walk. They offer a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the station on the hour, which was very convenient when leaving. The hotel building itself has a very traditional Thai style, which is quite unique and thoughtfully decorated. The rooms are simply furnished but relatively spacious, and the soundproofing is good. Perhaps because it's located in an alley, it was very quiet at night. The shower only has a large rain showerhead, no handheld option. The breakfast is a simple buffet, which was sufficient for us, and it had slight variations daily. The food tasted good. One end of the alley leads to a main road with a Lawson convenience store, and the other end is a smaller alley with several 7-Elevens and some stalls where you can get stir-fried noodles and buy fruit. There's a small pool on the sixth floor. The water looked clean, and there's a shower nearby. They also provide free swimming rings, which is plenty for kids to enjoy.

Service: Excellent! They go above and beyond to help guests with any issues. For example, they offer free tuk-tuk rides to the BTS station. They also provide complimentary cookies and chrysanthemum tea. Facilities: 1. No USB charging ports. 2. Has a mini-fridge and a safe. 3. No disposable slippers. 4. The shampoo is good; it makes hair feel fluffy. Downsides: 1. Walking back to the hotel from the BTS station is really tiring, especially with luggage. Taxis are expensive and traffic is bad. The location isn't great, and transportation is a bit inconvenient. 2. Noisy outside: Much noisier than hotels directly next to the BTS station. I was woken up by motorcycle sounds in the middle of the night, but I could still fall back asleep. I suggest installing more soundproof glass and using soundproofing cotton to improve this. 3. Shaking bed: I'm not sure why this happens. Other hotels I've stayed at by main roads didn't have the bed shake when large vehicles passed, but this one does. 4. No breakfast and no simple meals like juice or salads for sale, which is a bit inconvenient. There aren't many good food options nearby either. Cleanliness: Very good, and everything feels new.

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was cozy, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and housekeeping ensured that everything was always tidy and refreshed daily. The location is another big plus, it’s convenient and accessible to many of Bangkok’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, yet the hotel still offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of dishes to choose from, both local and international, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff in the dining area were also very attentive, making sure guests were always taken care of. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. The service, comfort, and atmosphere truly made my trip memorable. If I ever come back to Bangkok, this hotel will definitely be my first choice again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the city!

The hotel is conveniently located near the BTS, and the service is excellent – warm and polite. The single room is quite small, a bit like a Japanese hotel room, but for the price, it's not really an issue. Just be aware that it has a small single bed, so it's only suitable for one person.

The hotel location was good as it is near the Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Station. A 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Currently, the inconvenience is construction ongoing infront of the hotel (a bit of noisy). The room area is small (approx 13sqm) but having a super king size bed. Room was clean with basic toiletries but do take note that they don't provide toothbrushes and paste. A value and budget hotel for a basic stay in Bangkok city. The service staff was very friendly and helpful to your needs. Although the hotel don't come with breakfast, a plus point is that every morning from 7am to 11am, the hotel provide free flow of coffee and tea with biscuits. This allows you to has a cup of hot drink before a good start of your day out ........

Additional cost to pay for my kid 12 years old 600 batt per night which can stay 3pax room. The additional bed is not inside the room and requested to put it before we go out but till 9:00pm we came back time yet to put additional bed and recall reception again. Breakfast is so so only. But accessible area and night street foods are available nearby hotel. Rooms shoes are paper type upon request only given.
