"Good service and friendly reception. As expected from an IHG group hotel. Facilities were great. Swimming pool was great, gym was spacious and equipment was clean, restaurant served great breakfast. Location is superb. It's connected to InterContinental hotel which is also connected to Gaysorn village which is also connected to the R'walk bridge which is connected to CentralWorld shopping mall and Big'C. So technically you don't need to expose yourself to the elements at all. Pretty good if you're travelling with young kids."

"Stayed at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, Bangkok during our New Year family trip and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated us after long days of sightseeing and shopping. Cleanliness was well maintained, and the beds were comfortable, which is important when traveling with children. The location is excellent — close to Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, and many food options, making it very convenient for families. Breakfast offered a good variety, suitable for both adults and kids. Despite the busy New Year season, the staff were polite, helpful, and well organized. A nice highlight was being able to experience the New Year festive atmosphere and nearby fireworks and walking distance to new year count down at CentralWorld, which made the trip even more memorable for the whole family. Overall, a great choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a lively New Year experience in Bangkok. Would gladly stay here again."

"Loved the hotel! The room was impeccably clean and cleaned every day. Ironing board and iron in the room. 4 bottles of water daily, thai tea and 4 in 1 coffee. The hotel is 7th floor and up, and is an island of tranquility above a busy textile market. Covered walkway that starts a few steps from the hotel and goes to Central World shopping center. Macdonalds and Starbucks right in the hotel building, KFC across the street. Lots of local food in the street. Breakfast is great, nice variety. Staff is friendly. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Had an amazing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived, staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Location is a big plus: close to shopping areas, restaurants, and easy access to public transportation. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and everything tasted fresh. The facilities, especially the pool and gym, were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding after a day out in the city. "Absolutely recommend! I received a room upgrade and the bed was way so comfortable. I can checked in a bit early and the room was nice slightly old, but completely understandable since it’s an older building. The service ( Staff ) at this hotel is truly the best, 5/5.The view of Bangkok is stunning, and they offer a great tuk-tuk service that picks you up and drops you off at BTS Chidlom for free.Everything was perfect for me! I love it here and will definitely come back again."

"I really wanna applaud the front desk team that is present in the morning of 19th Jan. Right from the start, as I am walking to the hotel. Security was directing me, ground staffs kept wanting to help me carry my luggage, the front desk staffs ask me to take a seat and hand me all the docs to sign when I seated comfortably with a cold drink. They even rush the room to be ready at 11am so I can check in early. As my flight is at 8pm, they extend my stay for 1 hr and offer to store my luggage while waiting.. I was also surprised by their bdae treat! Amazing Stay!! The amenities in the room is wonderful too! They offer me very useful train map to move around using public transport. a short 5mins walk will bring you to pratunam pier where you can travel w/o traffic jam"

"The checkin is fast and seamless and room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing deliciously with Christmas special, a wide spread to choose Thai, Japanese and Western. The Pastry is a must try for sweet tooth’s. Location is perfect, as we just to walk 10mins to both Siam Paragon or Central Embassy. BTS is right outside and if you need a prayer at Doorstep of Erawan shine. Suggest to choose a higher floor room, as it can be noisy road traffic."
