Very nice hotel , large and impressive. Clean and well organised. However no chairs or sofas în the main lobby for anyone to sit around while waiting for anything? I really enjoyed my stay . Highly recommended

I recently stayed at Airbus Hotel @ Phawana Station (January 11, 2026). My experience was a mix of initial communication challenges followed by excellent problem resolution. The Service Experience: Prior to arrival, I had coordinated via phone and was assured that an early check-in after 8:30 AM would be complimentary if rooms were available. However, upon arriving at 9:00 AM, the female receptionist was unaware of this and insisted on a 100 THB/hour fee. The interaction became slightly uncomfortable when she questioned the validity of my previous call. Fortunately, a male staff member (likely a supervisor or from reservations) stepped in. He was professional and efficient, quickly identifying an available room and honoring the original agreement without any extra charge. I truly appreciated his intervention. The Room & Location: • Cleanliness: The room was spotless and looked exactly like the promotional photos. • Convenience: The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from Phawana Station, making transportation across the city effortless. Verdict: Despite the initial misunderstanding at the front desk, the quality of the room and the supervisor's professionalism made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and location, but I suggest getting early check-in confirmations in writing. @A key card deposit of 500 THB per room is required in cash upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout after the return of the key card.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The swimming pool is clean, spacious, and perfect for both a morning swim and a lazy afternoon. Breakfast is a highlight, can selection of kind of food items, fresh fruit, and made-to-order options that tasted great every morning. Rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials (toiletries, good towels, coffee/tea facilities, reliable Wi-Fi), and the staff are friendlyand helpful. Whether you want to relax by the pool, explore nearby attractions, this hotel delivers excellent value and a stress-free experience. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to other travelers.

The accommodation here will not leave you indifferent. The staff is very nice and outgoing, helpful in many situations during staying. You leave your baggage at lobby if early check in. You will also be allowed to take shower and visit swimming pool. The views are amazing. I’m very satisfied with the staying here. Location is a bit far from key attractions, but the room is splendid itself.

The service is friendly with good English. The staff can handle various requests. The room is totally fine with everything necessary. A balcony, a couch, a table. The location is good in the sense that it's near transport stations, small malls, markets, etc. A park is a bit over half hour walk away. It's not downtown Bangkok vibes. They're more local everyday vibes.
