"I stayed at Chatrium Grand Bangkok once again, and once again it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms are absolutely wonderful — incredibly quiet, spacious, and perfectly designed for real comfort and relaxation. Even in the heart of Bangkok, you can truly rest and enjoy peace and silence. The breakfast is on a world-class level — easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced. The variety, quality, freshness, and presentation of the food are outstanding, and everything is prepared to the highest international standards. The swimming pool is fantastic — beautifully designed, very relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. It truly adds to the luxury experience of the hotel. Most importantly, the staff deserve special recognition. Every single person was incredibly kind, professional, helpful, and always smiling. You really feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. This was not my first stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok, and it certainly will not be my last. I will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service in Bangkok."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was spacious, the staff were warm and friendly, and the facilities were excellent, perfect for spending an entire day there. I will definitely make this my top choice if I visit Bangkok again."

"Very convenient to Siam area shopping mall. Room is clean and new. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices. Swimming pool is not very big, but not bad"

"I love a lot of the hotel! 1. Very friendly and professional hospitality service. You can feel the attentiveness of the staff throughout the hotel 2. Chic interiors and good music played throughout the hotel which makes holiday exciting 3. A very big selection of breakfast buffet. They are almost the same everyday, by day 3 we felt boring. Love the coffee and Thai tea! 4. Social hours by the pool side with free beverage and snacks. Wonderful things to do during the evening. The only downside is the location which is not near to the busy area - Grab and Taxi is easily available. And walking to Lumphini park is just 5 minutes away. I recommend it for a pampering Bangkok stay."

"It was a very very nice hotel. The room was spacious, it was clean and tidy everywhere. The receptionist was very kind, helpful and polite. It was so good that she walked us to the lobby lift to our room and we were so overwhelmed by the tidiness and beauty of the room. Although we did not have a chance to visit the pool, since the room was so great and giving us the feeling that we did not even want to leave our room, we had a chance to take a glimpse from the outside. The location was so good right in the center and it was just a short walking distance to get us to the shopping mall next door to buy some food and drinks. The toilet in the room was so good that it is isolated from the actual shower facility and the shower area was just magnificient and we are sure that we will come back to the hotel very very soon. THank you so much Park Hyatt"

"The checkin is fast and seamless and room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing deliciously with Christmas special, a wide spread to choose Thai, Japanese and Western. The Pastry is a must try for sweet tooth’s. Location is perfect, as we just to walk 10mins to both Siam Paragon or Central Embassy. BTS is right outside and if you need a prayer at Doorstep of Erawan shine. Suggest to choose a higher floor room, as it can be noisy road traffic."

"Perfect birthday weekend getaway. Great location, my husband and I will stay here again! The hotel room was beautiful and spacious. They had complimentary turn down service which was a nice way to return from a 2hr dinner. The spa and fitness center is worth a visit. I booked an hour body scrub and an hour massage that left my skin feeling smooth and my body relaxed after the massage. The fitness center is fully equipped with all the machine and equipment you can imagine. Also had a separate studio room. They had a calendar of events for guests free of charge. We took part in a Pickle Ball Workshop for an hour and a facial workshop. If we had more time, we would’ve loved to do the cooking class. Food and drinks by the pool were appetizing and relaxing. Everything about the hotel is great except for waiting for the elevators. There were 4 elevators and it took up to 5 mins of waiting at peak times."

"Always enjoy my stay there! Very well maintained property in one of the most convenient locations in BKK. Feels like home and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The kids club is also great with lots of activities. The Christmas decorations are also lovely this time of year."

"This is our 2nd time staying at Okura Prestige and we Will come back to stay again when we visit Bangkok. We stayed 3 nights and wished we could stay longer. We had a fantastic experience with staff and food. The staff were very welcoming and warm. Breakfast was excellent. We looked forward to it every morning. The spread was very good and the quality of food was excellent. There will be a staff walking around serving us freshly baked milk bread or croissant. Really hard to say no to freshly baked bread or pastries. Room had all the amenities we needed. Even had a pillow menu. We can say that this is one hotel where we don't miss our own bed. Love the tea set in the room when we can brew our own cup of green tea. Location wise, its a longer walk to the paragon area. There is a mall opposite with nice food and a let's relax at the basement. It is located slightly away from the congested area so we found it easier to take the taxi and we are not stucked in the jam. Overall we had a great experience staying in Okura Prestige and look forward to staying there again."

"Absolutely recommend! I received a room upgrade and the bed was way so comfortable. I can checked in a bit early and the room was nice slightly old, but completely understandable since it’s an older building. The service ( Staff ) at this hotel is truly the best, 5/5.The view of Bangkok is stunning, and they offer a great tuk-tuk service that picks you up and drops you off at BTS Chidlom for free.Everything was perfect for me! I love it here and will definitely come back again."
