"Very good hotel overall. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff is generally friendly, and the breakfast is good, although not exceptional. The café on the first floor, however, is excellent and definitely worth trying. I really enjoyed the rooftop gym and swimming pool, which are both great amenities. The rooms are a bit small for my taste, but the bed is comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. One downside: the evening staff could benefit from better training. After a long and tiring journey, we were asked to fill out paperwork ourselves, despite having booked online and already provided all necessary information. When questioned, this was explained as a “legal requirement,” which is not accurate. It felt unnecessary and poorly handled, especially late at night. That said, overall we had a good stay. Had we arrived during the day, we likely would not have encountered this issue at all."

"Stayed at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, Bangkok during our New Year family trip and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated us after long days of sightseeing and shopping. Cleanliness was well maintained, and the beds were comfortable, which is important when traveling with children. The location is excellent — close to Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, and many food options, making it very convenient for families. Breakfast offered a good variety, suitable for both adults and kids. Despite the busy New Year season, the staff were polite, helpful, and well organized. A nice highlight was being able to experience the New Year festive atmosphere and nearby fireworks and walking distance to new year count down at CentralWorld, which made the trip even more memorable for the whole family. Overall, a great choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a lively New Year experience in Bangkok. Would gladly stay here again."

"Room bathroom fittings were rather dated and old. But the rest of the room and upkeep including kitchenette (I had a corner suite) was very good. Breakfast was good."

"Absolutely recommend! I received a room upgrade and the bed was way so comfortable. I can checked in a bit early and the room was nice slightly old, but completely understandable since it’s an older building. The service ( Staff ) at this hotel is truly the best, 5/5.The view of Bangkok is stunning, and they offer a great tuk-tuk service that picks you up and drops you off at BTS Chidlom for free.Everything was perfect for me! I love it here and will definitely come back again."

"Good service and friendly reception. As expected from an IHG group hotel. Facilities were great. Swimming pool was great, gym was spacious and equipment was clean, restaurant served great breakfast. Location is superb. It's connected to InterContinental hotel which is also connected to Gaysorn village which is also connected to the R'walk bridge which is connected to CentralWorld shopping mall and Big'C. So technically you don't need to expose yourself to the elements at all. Pretty good if you're travelling with young kids."

"I loved my stay here. I have literally stayed at all the hotels on Lang Suan. The rooms are neat, huge and well equipped. The staff at the reception are reserved but helpful once you stay for long. The location is quite a walk from Chit Lom station or to a nearby 7-11."

"I really wanna applaud the front desk team that is present in the morning of 19th Jan. Right from the start, as I am walking to the hotel. Security was directing me, ground staffs kept wanting to help me carry my luggage, the front desk staffs ask me to take a seat and hand me all the docs to sign when I seated comfortably with a cold drink. They even rush the room to be ready at 11am so I can check in early. As my flight is at 8pm, they extend my stay for 1 hr and offer to store my luggage while waiting.. I was also surprised by their bdae treat! Amazing Stay!! The amenities in the room is wonderful too! They offer me very useful train map to move around using public transport. a short 5mins walk will bring you to pratunam pier where you can travel w/o traffic jam"

"The hotel room was spacious for a couple. It included a safety box, a mini refrigerator, and a kettle for making coffee and tea, with complimentary bottled water provided every day. The service was incredible, and the reception staff offered fabulous hospitality. The location is excellent — close to the BTS station, just a three-minute walk away"
