Hotels near BTS - Phloen Chit, Bangkok

Superbly located right beside Ploenchit BTS SkyTrain Station, with Central Embassy and Chitlom shopping malls opposite. This is my third stay here and following its rebranding from the Novotel to Four Points by Sheraton. Whilst the lobby has been renovated and looks fresh and contemporary, the rooms and public areas are looking very tired, with stained and worn carpet. My room (2404) also had air-conditioning which was rather noisy, and the bathroom sink needs some urgent maintenance, with stains and dents. Housekeeping also needs to be more vigilant in replacing tea sachets each day, as it was overlooked repeatedly. This hotel continues to represent good value, considering it's very central location and reasonable pricing, but a refurbishment is long overdue.

Facilities: A bit dated, but overall a good experience. The room was well-equipped. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Excellent location, with a commercial area and a park nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Service: Very satisfied.

This wasn’t my first time staying here, and I still really like the hotel, especially the great location. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and everything looked clean overall. Staff were friendly and helpful. I requested a quiet room and they kindly tried to arrange one for me. There was a visible stain on the sofa, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it, but aside from that the facilities were fine. The only downside was noise from outside, not from inside the hotel, as conversations from the street could still be heard. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, it’s still a place I like and would consider staying at again.

Had a lovely stay at Grande Centre Point Ploenchit in January for my birthday getaway 🎂✨. The manager surprised us with a room upgrade and a beautifully decorated birthday setup — such a thoughtful touch 🥰. We were lucky to stay on a high floor, as lower floors may be noisy from traffic 🚗. Location is great, with easy access to Chidlom and Ploenchit BTS stations 🚆. Only downside is there are just 4 lifts, so waiting time can be longer during peak hours ⏳. Also, only one nearby 7-Eleven, but it’s manageable 😊. Overall, wonderful service and comfort. Will definitely stay here again! 💖

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The moment I walked through the doors, I felt the warm and attentive service. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and professional. They also gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the bed was so soft and comfortable, I never wanted to get out of it. The room decor was also very cozy, and all the amenities were well-stocked and of high quality. The hotel's dining was excellent too; the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the taste was simply incredible – every dish was memorable. The hotel environment was also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful rest without any disturbances. Plus, the gym and swimming pool facilities were new and well-equipped; it felt great to work out there in my free time. In short, this hotel excels in every aspect. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Great location. Staff need training on conduct and communication not everyone is there for sex tourism.

Check in and out was good, the room was nice and big bathroom but no smart tv so no YouTube 😩 beds where a bit too hard and no PowerPoints next to beds👎🏻 The buffet breakfast was below par, poor choice and poor quality way to many people it was so loud I couldn't hear myself think🤕 it was very uncomfortable, pool was ok but saunas where locked😞 Over all the hotel was very old and dated furniture from the 40s and not clean, don't think I'll stay here again.

Great location, just a few minutes away from Nana BTS Station Hotel is in the quiet section of a busy street, no noises could be heard from our room (3rd floor). Bed is super comfortable an pillows are as well. Room is a good a size Breakfast is simple but good, you can order bacon, eggs and omelete. Very nice employees, booked us a taxi for our early morning ride to the airport. Would recommend!

The location is great compared to the price. But not very clean as I went in and there were some hair left in the sink. Also the rooms next to me were smoking bad and i could smell them every night. But if you’re looking for an economy room within the center of the city this is goo

Oh boy, this Hilton certainly has a story to tell. It was my first time at this particular Hilton. There are quite a few Hiltons in Bangkok's Sukhumvit area, and this one seems to be newer, with a more modern and minimalist design throughout. The initial impression upon entering the lobby for check-in was excellent. I was greeted with welcome chocolate chip cookies, and the staff member spoke perfect English with a sweet smile. She even chatted with me for a bit, mentioning she had a two-year rotation at a Hilton in Japan previously. The restaurant is located on the ground floor, and I had breakfast there for two days. The variety was extensive, and the quality was very high. However, once I got to my floor and entered the room, the experience took a turn for the worse. The scent from their air conditioning fragrance was incredibly strong, almost overwhelming. I had to contact Trip.com and also asked the front desk for assistance. Initially, the manager moved me to the 8th floor. I later realized it was likely an accessible room type, which probably has a lower occupancy rate and thus less of the scent. But after the AC ran for a while, the smell would still return; it seemed like there was no way to get rid of it. By evening, I approached the manager again. This time, they moved me to a higher floor with a larger room. The air conditioning system must have been different because the smell was finally not as strong, and the issue was resolved. Overall, the experience was still pretty good. I could even see pigeons and their nests outside the window, which was quite interesting.
