"Loved the hotel! The room was impeccably clean and cleaned every day. Ironing board and iron in the room. 4 bottles of water daily, thai tea and 4 in 1 coffee. The hotel is 7th floor and up, and is an island of tranquility above a busy textile market. Covered walkway that starts a few steps from the hotel and goes to Central World shopping center. Macdonalds and Starbucks right in the hotel building, KFC across the street. Lots of local food in the street. Breakfast is great, nice variety. Staff is friendly. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I stayed here a few times. Friends wonder why i choose to stay on the outskirts of Bangkok. It is actually not far from the Bangkok city centre. Just 3 stops on the train, and i am in Siam Paragon. And the station is less than 10 min walk from the hotel. Being a little out of the city centre allows me to be away from the crowd when i have done what i needed to do in the city centre. Hotels in the city centre tend to have many people around and in the lobbying. Pullman Kingpower's surroundings are much quieter and serene. It is good to have a place to get away from the crowds and congestion of the city centre Also, this hotel is huge with its surroundings uncluttered or congested by high-rise buildings. Kingpower duty-free shopping mall next door offers free coach transfers to the airport twice a day. There is no need to buy anything to get on the coach. It also offers a free access lounge if you need it. Transfers and lounge are only for customers of the hotel and the mall. Around the hotel, there are many small traditional Thai style shops, trendy cafes and decent massage services. There is also a cinema in a shopping mall nearby that has also a supermarket, foodcourt and many wonderful restaurants and eateries."

"Stayed at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, Bangkok during our New Year family trip and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated us after long days of sightseeing and shopping. Cleanliness was well maintained, and the beds were comfortable, which is important when traveling with children. The location is excellent — close to Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, and many food options, making it very convenient for families. Breakfast offered a good variety, suitable for both adults and kids. Despite the busy New Year season, the staff were polite, helpful, and well organized. A nice highlight was being able to experience the New Year festive atmosphere and nearby fireworks and walking distance to new year count down at CentralWorld, which made the trip even more memorable for the whole family. Overall, a great choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a lively New Year experience in Bangkok. Would gladly stay here again."

"it was a great stay at livable hotel for me and my partner with splendid room and service. although the hotel is located in an alleyway, there are lights along the alley and some massage parlours were also open at night when we headed back to the hotel. at the first floor, there is a cafe, a vending machine and an instagrammable swimming pool. there is also a complimentary tuk tuk service that brings you to victory monument bts station and i believe two other malls. the tuk tuk service is available across 9 different timings starting from 10am and ending at 12.40pm with 20 minutes interval each. all you have to do is let the receptionist know that you want to take the tuk tuk and fill in your details on a paper. our room overlooks the park and is really spacious with separate shower and toilet areas. one of the plus points is that it has a vanity area in front of the mirror with light, perfect for me to do my makeup and skincare. the shower area is very big with a glass shelf for you to put your clothes and towels. there are also many charging points in the room and one of the charging points next to the bed even has a usb charging point, perfect if someone forgets to bring an adaptor. the service here is also exceptional with friendly housekeepers, receptionists and securities. they truly go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable and happy. kudos to all of them. another thing i would like to mention is how the hotel emphasises on recycling and being a green hotel, doing their part to save the earth."

"Location is okay at least you don't need to take a cab to baiyoke sky, pratunam and platinum mall. Near seven eleven. Clean and neat. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is basic. Worth for the price you paid for."
