"We booked 3 superior twin rooms for 4 nights. The rooms were of decent size by Japanese standards. Very clean. We only asked for clean towels everyday n no cleaning as we are out most of the day. One pro is that the rooms have washer n dryer inside room enabling us to wash dirty clothes everyday n this is a plus when travelling for more than two days.The breakfast at the top floor of hotel has quite good Japanese options but rather limited western options but still good as a whole. Food replenish quickly. The only downside is that for hot tea and coffee , we had to get it from a machine which is next to reception area and this is a hassle in the morning g when a lot of people were checking out. The location is also good about 20 min from shinabashi where hundreds of shops eateries are located. But we later found that there are a lot of good shops n quaint shops in the side streets around hotel. Will explore more if have time. Definitely will stay here again next time in Osaka."

"Better than expected. Easy access to this hotel by local subway stations. Friendly staff. Quality breakfast. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Good size of the room. Feel luxury but with the reasonable price. Evening DJ performances are bonus. Definitely worth the money and strong recommend."

"This hotel is okay. The room isn’t too small — as expected in Japan, it’s quite hard to find a spacious hotel at a reasonable price. The price is affordable, and it’s very close to public transportation (Kitahama LRT/MRT). At night, the area isn’t too quiet, but it’s also not overly crowded. For food, they serve bento-style meals. There are 4 set options that rotate on different days. The food choices are limited, probably because of the bento style. The taste is average."

"Room was spacious enough for the two of us. Toilets were clean. Amenities provided at the lobby. Everything was good including the service. No complaints. Very worth the price."

"Very good hotel. Not in the main street, but everything is accessible fairly easy. There is a big groceries store called ”Life” 200m from the hotel. I recommend this hotel!"

"The chain provides basic accommodation until you get there and realise it’s more than a hotel bedroom. The bed was comfy and the the room arranged well enough to make it feel spacious. The perks are obviously the natural hot spring (open overnight) on the 13th floor and a massage chair that relaxes you after a long day walk. You also have free ice cream and 1-2 ramen noodle soup at night. Great stay!"
