"This hotel is okay. The room isn’t too small — as expected in Japan, it’s quite hard to find a spacious hotel at a reasonable price. The price is affordable, and it’s very close to public transportation (Kitahama LRT/MRT). At night, the area isn’t too quiet, but it’s also not overly crowded. For food, they serve bento-style meals. There are 4 set options that rotate on different days. The food choices are limited, probably because of the bento style. The taste is average."

"We booked 3 superior twin rooms for 4 nights. The rooms were of decent size by Japanese standards. Very clean. We only asked for clean towels everyday n no cleaning as we are out most of the day. One pro is that the rooms have washer n dryer inside room enabling us to wash dirty clothes everyday n this is a plus when travelling for more than two days.The breakfast at the top floor of hotel has quite good Japanese options but rather limited western options but still good as a whole. Food replenish quickly. The only downside is that for hot tea and coffee , we had to get it from a machine which is next to reception area and this is a hassle in the morning g when a lot of people were checking out. The location is also good about 20 min from shinabashi where hundreds of shops eateries are located. But we later found that there are a lot of good shops n quaint shops in the side streets around hotel. Will explore more if have time. Definitely will stay here again next time in Osaka."

"Stayed for 4D5N and had a very good experience in this hotel. Staff can speak English, courteous and helpful. Daily cleaning, spacious room & comfy beds. Breakfast selection is simple & delicious. Located near Chuo & Tanimachi Line, Osaka Castle, Osaka National Museum, police station, convenient stores (7-11 & Family Mart) and a lot of local food options. Will definitely come back! 👍👌"

"Good location. Nice and clean room, recommended for separate bed even if is for couple. Booked for superior deluxe room comes with 1.63m bed but pay extra for change of room to 2 separate bed, hotel provide free toiletries at lobby👍， breakfast only served as same, sets from A to E, from scrambled egg with toast to beef curry rice."
