"Best hotel I stayed in Europe so far New to attraction and is good location"

"Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. "Hotel Impero Rome location is the main reason why I chose this hotel. I booked a 17m room and it was on the forth floor, it came with a small balcony that opens up to a lovely view. The hotel is clean and classical but the furnishing is old and the air can be a little stale or too much fragrance after the cleaning service. There are rooms slippers and basic amenities provided too. Receptionist and staff is generally nice and luggage can be stored after a no late check out policy. Many eateries and a mini super market is on the same street so it’s convenient to get food and drinks."

"The hotel's location is very close to the Colosseum, making sightseeing extremely convenient. The staff were very welcoming and happy to assist guests with booking attraction tickets and arranging taxis. The hotel breakfast was very plentiful, with a wide variety of food, and the environment was clean and comfortable. If I ever travel to Rome again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. 😊"

"The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. They also allowed us to store our luggage for an unlimited amount of time. They kindly upgraded our room, which was very comfortable. At first, I was confused by the room's lack of tidying, but when I reported it immediately after checking in, they took care of it. I had a great time sightseeing in Rome. Thank you very much."

"The room was very clean, it smelled nice, the bed was comfortable, the desk service was friendly, and the location is a 5 minute walk from the train station. The hotels around Roma Termini station are really hit-or-miss. Some are very pleasant, and some are “functional” and nothing more. This one was a hit. I would certainly stay here again as a solo traveler. But because the room was quite small, families and couples should be sure to book a larger room. For anyone looking for a staging hotel before a train ride, this one was great for that purpose."

"Room and beds very comfortable. Breakfast choices very good. Fresh food. Attentive staff. Room was clean and met expectations but when serviced after asking for room to be attended, no shampoo soap cups etc renewed in bathroom.Coffee and tea provided both days. Overall a very good location to all a busy Rome has to offer."
