Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and everything was well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with a smile. Their excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The room is small and there's no fridge. No gym either. Breakfast is B&B style, which isn't great. The location is excellent though 👍, but the shower 🚿 drainage is poor 👎. Lots of restaurants nearby 🍽️👍.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The decor was very stylish and the location was excellent, within walking distance to many attractions. The air conditioning was powerful, which is a rare find in Europe during the summer.

The room is spacious, and the location is excellent. There's a bustling commercial street right downstairs. However, if you're sensitive to noise, avoid booking a balcony room. The air conditioning is very strong, so you don't have to worry about Rome's intense heat. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the bread and cakes are delicious, and the barista even made beautiful latte art on my cappuccino. I would definitely choose this place again for my next visit.

First, let's talk about the good things: the hotel has a great location, close to Corso Street, right opposite Venchi ice cream, and within walking distance to all the attractions. The room's interior design is quite modern and artistic. Drinking water is provided. The restaurant staff are all polite; on the first day of my stay, a male server made two very carefully crafted latte cappuccinos for breakfast. The general staff were also very courteous. Now for the downsides: it's incredibly noisy. Downstairs, the 'three shells and a pea' scam is performed daily, with the scammers' chants creating a constant din. The bar downstairs is also loud with chatting and laughter until very late every night. Early in the morning, the noise starts again with cars driving and honking, garbage collection, people talking, and various other incessant sounds, which severely affected my sleep. I really got the short end of the stick here. Additionally, there was a local male front desk staff member who was very nice when I checked in, but I later found him to be quite dishonest. I initially booked for two nights, and after seeing the nice decor, I planned to extend for another 2-3 nights. He quoted me 350 Euros, claiming the room I was in was excellent, that he had secured the best possible price for me, and even created a sense of urgency, saying the hotel was very busy, with only a couple of rooms left, and that prices would increase closer to the date. At the time, there were some discounts on Ctrip, so I quickly extended my booking for three more days. However, the next day, when I checked the prices again, the daily rate had dropped by nearly 100 Euros. Through system communication and direct communication with the hotel front desk, I tried to cancel and rebook due to the significant price drop, but it was not allowed, with no room for negotiation. I never saw that male front desk staff member again in the following days, probably because he was afraid I'd confront him. I then realized that my room was likely the worst in the hotel, located on the first floor, right next to the cleaning room, and facing the absolute noisiest street. Eventually, I communicated with Ctrip again, and they agreed to refund me the total price difference, for which I'm grateful to Ctrip. This hotel has a no-cancellation/no-modification policy after booking, and the room rates fluctuate wildly, with huge differences. I don't understand why a three-star hotel can be much more expensive than a four-star one. It feels like a one-time transaction, and I was ripped off and had to endure five nights of street noise. I definitely won't stay here again when I come to Rome. I don't recommend it. I've traveled to so many places around the world, and this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. This hotel stay also taught me a lesson: a higher price doesn't necessarily mean a better accommodation environment. I'm sharing my unfortunate experience in such detail to tell everyone that a high price doesn't equate to a good hotel.

The 15 sqm room was surprisingly spacious! There were little nooks under both windows, perfect for stashing luggage, and the curtains cleverly concealed them, making the room feel tidy and open. Plus, there was a large sofa along one wall. The location is absolutely fantastic; you can walk to all the main attractions, with the Trevi Fountain just a 3-minute stroll away. The hotel entrance is right on Rome's main thoroughfare, Via del Corso, which has tons of bus routes. This was especially great for us, as we love seeing the city from the bus and had a 72-hour bus pass. The female front desk staff member was very friendly and proactively helpful. The tall young man in the restaurant also provided excellent and attentive service. On our last two days, I injured my back. After check-out, we still had several hours until our airport transfer arrived and nowhere to rest. The hotel specially arranged a resting spot for us, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Great location, just a few minutes' walk to the Pantheon. The room had a balcony with a view of the main road. Excellent value for money, very affordable. However, the soundproofing wasn't great – you could hear cars outside and a rumbling AC noise inside. There's a convenient gelato shop right across from the hotel.
