The Independent Hotel

Had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Rome. First off, the location was superb; we could walk to all the major attractions, and a taxi ride was usually under ten minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel's common areas and rooms were exquisitely designed. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped with amenities like a minibar, coffee machine, and wine accessories. We booked a family room, which even came with a lovely little courtyard – it was so quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic location, right next to Termini Station. It was super easy to get around with our luggage, and convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so it was really quiet at night. They thoughtfully provided two bottles of water daily, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Being so close to Termini station was incredibly helpful. The view from the balcony was also absolutely lovely. Breakfast was delicious, and they were quick to restock and clear tables. The breakfast attendant was also very friendly and always smiling. On the downside, I was disappointed that the tissues were never refilled during my three-night stay (which was a problem as I suffer from rhinitis). I also wasn't sure if the bottled water was complimentary or if there was a charge. The shower leaked quite badly, and the staff member at checkout was rather abrupt in their communication.

The service was quite good, the hotel is relatively new, and the hygiene conditions are also good.

Very close to the train station, but the shower heater was broken on the first night, so all the shower water splashed onto the toilet. There were no slippers either. That was a bit unpleasant.
