Wonderful stay in this hotel again! Very comfortable room, a great variety of choices for the breakfast, located in the center of Florence close to all places to see and visit! Definitely would love to come back again in the future!

We stayed here from May 10th to 15th, 2024. The apartment is located right by the Ponte Vecchio, in the very center of Florence. It's a 5-minute walk from the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Piti, the Boboli Gardens, and more. The apartment is in the historic center, so you can't reach it by car (or you'll have to park in an expensive lot). If you're arriving by car, it's best to park in a suburb of Florence (for example, in Galluzzo, in the free parking lot on Piazza Don Pietro Puliti). Take bus #11 to Arno (runs every 20 minutes until midnight), and then walk 5-7 minutes to the apartment. The apartment comfortably accommodates 3 people (an extra bed is available for a 4th person, as the sofa bed in the living room is broken, but it's comfortable). The apartment doesn't have air conditioning (which can be critical for a summer vacation). It can be noisy at times (when motorcyclists whiz past the windows). There's also a quirk with the bathroom. The bathroom (the apartment has one bathroom) is accessible from two bedrooms (the bathroom is a walk-through), but there are no keys. We shouted ”OCCUPIED” loudly :)) One day, water started dripping from the ceiling. We informed the owners, but they refused to wait for a repairman and put down a bucket (which was quite sufficient). The apartment has everything you need for a vacation (plates, pots, cutlery, glasses, etc.). In my opinion, given these nuances, the apartment is a bit pricey (we paid 94,000 rubles for 5 nights, which is about 900 euros), but we couldn't find anything cheaper. Overall, the apartment is not bad for a week-long vacation.

the location is prefect, rooms are quiet and clean, check in is smooth, and staff is very helpful. I wouldn’t recommend the parking service (50 euros a day is definitely way too pricey)

Yes, as they say, the hotel is near the port, but then all the sights are just around the corner. It's not that hard to find. The room is large and bright. The breakfast is a la carte, quite good for Europe. The linens are clean and white. A robe and slippers are provided, as are white towels. On the downside: there are some shady characters in the alleys in the evening, but apparently this isn't unique to this area.

Enjoyed my stay! However, I recommend reaching out to the hotel before arriving to ask for rooms not on the ground floor as it might be noisy since 5 close to the lobby. Luckily, I got a quit room on the 1st floor, so I enjoyed a pleasant stay 🙏

This stay really surprised me. I was concerned about the facilities would be outdated or the noisy from the rooftop. Turned out none of them were a problem. It's got an vintage looking but the room is clean and the amenities worked fine. The staffs were super nice and friendly to us and made this trip much easier for me. I would definitely book it again if there's a second time

The apartment is so clean. I see the good location from the apartment. Take one tram directly to the station. It is quite convenient for me and I love the environment inside and the staff was very friendly and very helpful during my baggage check-in they help a lot. It is quite a pleasure to stay here for a night will continue to stay by live in Florence Italy.

Really Nice Accommodation! The room was extremely spacious, and they gave us the room type we requested — a double bed and two single beds, perfect for our family of four. The washroom was very clean, and the room had everything we needed, including a coffee machine and hair dryer. The check-in instructions were super clear, which made the process easy. The location is excellent, very close to the main attractions, just a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a convenient pay-and-park nearby.
