"Excellent hotel in a great location. It's not far from Retiro Park and several metro stations. The room was spacious and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good selection of food. The hotel staff were extremely polite and friendly and helped with any questions that arose. I definitely recommend it!"

"We had a wonderful stay in Crowne Plaza Centew Retiro. Few min walk to Metro. Ginos restaurant and VIPS restaurant are opposite to the hotel and closed at midnight. The junior suite was great with a King bed and a double sofa bed which are big enough for a family of 4. The hotel provided welcome drinks and snacks in the bar. Free Illy coffee capsules and cookies in the room. The minibar in the junior suite was fully stocked and complimentary. All staff are friendly and nice. Thanks Nuria Pastor and your team for the arrangement which made our journey so special. We would definitely recommend our friends to stay here. The hotel was connected with Voco. We also booked buffet breakfast in Voco hotel with kid price EUR15 and Adult EUR 19. Great variety of food and drinks."

"The location is a bit inconvenient, but on the other hand, the nearest train line cuts right through the tourist areas from east to west, making it very convenient for sightseeing! No need to worry about that. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. It’s a good idea to learn a few basic Spanish greetings. The room was small but clean, and I was really happy with the abundant amenities! I was a bit concerned about the shared shower room and wash basin, with only one per floor. However, luckily, there was hardly anyone else on my floor, so I had it almost entirely to myself, which was incredibly convenient and great. The price is affordable, making it highly recommended for solo travelers!"

"Everything was on point. I booked a single room but got upgraded to executive for no additional charges. The staffs were calm and polite. My check in was done by Jorge. He is Extremely humble and kind and so i thought of giving him a mention here. Location is good. Within 2mins walk is the metro and bus stations. I asked them for iron and some green tea bags as i finished the ones in the room. Their service is good, everything was provided instantly."

"This hotel saved us because our previous hotel booking was unceremoniously cancelled. Anyway, while this hotel is not in the city center, still, it was near a big market, fast food chains, and more importantly, near a train station. Btw, we didn’t like the layout of its CR/restroom. If you’re a couple, then you may not find it odd. But since we were business travellers, it was a bit difficult to use. But overall, we liked staying here! The beds are comfy and the staff are nice and accommodating."

"The facility of hotel is good. The hotel located near the metro but be aware if you have a big luggage, the metro has no elevator. There is the cafe next to the hotel easy to get some bread and drink in the morning."
