Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas

The hotel has a beautiful environment and a convenient location. The breakfast is delicious, making it perfect for a family trip. It was my first time in Madrid, and choosing this hotel was an excellent travel experience.

This is a standard Chinese budget hotel. It's not located in the city center and the cleanliness is just average; there was a lot of dust on the phone. The elevator is quite slow. However, the staff are very enthusiastic. It's about a fifteen-minute drive from the airport, so transportation is convenient, and the surroundings are quiet. It's a good option for a layover or a quick overnight stay.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Madrid, but it's conveniently close to both the train and bus stations, with a taxi ride costing no more than 10 euros. The rooms are excellent, and the facilities are very new. The breakfast spread is fantastic.

Not bad. It's in the same building as Ibis, and not too far from the bullring and the subway station. The room was small but clean. Breakfast was good. The only issue was that breakfast wasn't included when we booked, and we added it upon check-in. We were initially told that children wouldn't be charged, but then we were charged at checkout. We pointed out the mistake to the front desk, and they corrected the amount.

The room was clean, and the front desk service was excellent. It felt very safe, with a quiet and secure neighborhood. The area wasn't crowded, and they even offered luggage storage, which was a nice touch.

The location is just right, on the edge of the city center. It's not too far from Real Madrid's home stadium or the city center, and the bus connections are very convenient.

The key card kept malfunctioning. The room was quiet and very clean.
