AAnonymous UserIl posto è decisamente magico. Pulito ed accogliente. Le stanze grandi e dotate di ogni confort. Noi avevamo una vista mare bellissima. Letto king divano tv bollitore casetta sicurezza armadio gigante bagno funzionale con doccia extralarge.A completare il tutto un piccolo terrazzino con sedie e tavolo dove guardare il mare. Frigo bar gratis. Il mare a due passi, la spiaggia curata e pulita con una passerella che ti portava oltre la barriera corallina. Posizione resort centrale vicina l’aeroporto. Lo staff impeccabile, gentili, molti parlano italiano. I 6 ristoranti e i 5 bar all inclusive erano sempre in attività. C’era anche una piscina. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

GGuest UserWOW where to start. Amazing staff and well run hotel clean and welcoming. Please can I start by mentioning the welcome you receive from Sobhey and his team. Very professional warm and friendly they all go above and beyond to make your stay as memorable as possible. Sobhey the front desk manager is totally professional and so warm friendly and a pleasure to meet. The bar staff waiters and the restaurants are clean welcoming. Big thank you to AbdelGhaffer and his team of chefs what a refreshing change they have bought to the food service and quality. To be there to greet guests and help in anyway possible with regards to meal planning and dietary requirements.

The gardens are immaculate and the cleaners work extremely hard to provide very clean outstanding rooms and amenities.

KKharina KWhile the resort itself was huge and grand, our expectations were not met, we expected more of a Club Med vibe, but instead found ourselves in a giant resort with nothing much to it. even though they advertise over seven restaurants and specialty cuisines, they only have one main restaurant that’s open to public while the others need to be pre-booked up to two days in advance however, every morning when we stayed there, everything was already full, which left us with no option but to eat at the main restaurant which had terrible food 2 to 3 items would be OK and the rest would be absolutely terrible and we spoke to other guests as well who had the same Opinion it’s not accessible for people with disabilities or anyone who has even minor health problems is a lot of walking and climbing stairs is required even with the shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes. Their “entertainment “was absolutely terrible at the outside theater and looked like a child could’ve done better. There was some live music however sometimes it was OK but most times, especially on the upper Terrace was just loud and obnoxious not necessarily due to the performer, but I think due to sound quality and the speakers they were using, and also just adjusting the volume level to the space given. Overall, I would not recommend to stay here again and would much prefer to go to a Club Med where I know I will get quality service and food and hospitality as even staff wise while most were good and nice and accommodating, there were others who barely understood basic English or looked unapproachable. Rooms were decent but both our rooms in separate buildings smelled of sewer if bathroom doors were not closed. Overall it’s not the worst but not a place I would stay again. Even beach wise there is no leisure beach to chill on and only a pier to jump into the deep sea to snorkel which you have to pay 5$ to rent a mask and snorkel for the day which in my opinion should have been free since it’s one of their selling points.

GGrayce VThe hotel is excellent, the food is wonderful, in the main restaurant and in the posh club, the service in the main restaurant and in the main pools were wonderful, but the service in the Posh club was terrible, from the first moment at the reception until the exit, the preferential service in the VIP area left a lot to be desired, the service outside the VIP area was much better than inside the area. They should treat him with a minimum of respect and priority attention, but it was all the other way around, the service in the Posh Club VIP area was really terrible.

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very good, and the facilities are well maintained, especially the children's playground, which is very new. The lifeguard is very responsible and pays attention to every child, which makes people feel at ease. All the waiters are also very proactive. Fathalla cleans very cleanly and keeps the guest rooms very clean every day. This hotel is highly recommended and is a good choice for vacation.
Our room type includes three meals. We go to the buffet every day. I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about ordering. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus.

AAri302Excellent service that took care of my every needs. The food selection is delivious and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. All the fun activities and entertainment events have been an welcomed bonus. Everything I experienced was great and this trip definitely relaxed and recharged my batteries. I will visit them again soon!

KKafeijundewanweijaqiWhen I arrived at this hotel, I found that I didn’t rely on the sea. I took my child to the water park he wanted, so this hotel is all inclusive. I can play in the hotel. In addition to the water park children’s paradise, there are three swimming pools on the main building of the hotel. Two are on the roof and there are activities at night. But it can't be compared with the one-price all-inclusive hotel in Hurghada. The quality of the catering is much worse and the activities are relatively small.

MMeowmHighly recommended this hotel. When you check in they will give you a bracelet and you have to wear it till you check out. Breakfast is included for all guests, however they have a special “all inclusive packages” for some guests with different prices which i couldn’t find in trip.com. Lunch buffet is 560 EGP, dinner buffet is 750 EGP. If you want to eat outside I would recommend Al Hariri restaurant with 15mins walking distance. The first day when I arrived i ordered room services which comes to a surprise because it was a huge portion! Super worth it. Water heater works well but have to turn on for 5mins before it gets warm. HOWEVER, I wanted to buy ice cream at the pool bar but the staff charge me 100 EGP but when my friend bought it they only charge her 40 EGP. It was exactly the same ice cream…I guess in Egypt they could open any price they want, they will charge you for air too if they want…
