"First I would like to say that I have stayed in this hotel 4 times previously and we love being there. This holiday was not the same. Upon arrival I was shown to my room that I paid extra for as it was a ground floor pool view. The room smelt of paint as it was just decorated recently. I explained I could not sleep in there with a baby with such a strong smell of paint. I was then given the option to be down graded to another room and after complaining to 3 managers I was upgraded to another room. Also we were not informed the hotel was under construction and was very noisy. The pool is right by the workers so you can hear drilling through out the day. I feel mislead as I was not informed of the work. I am disappointed in this trip and I won’t be staying there again due to the lack of professionalism by the management,"

Spa is very basic and need renovations. Gym is basic with lot of broken machines. Lots of food option. Resort also offered beach part for extra $5. The best thing about this resort is location. You will enjoy snorkelling and dive. This resort is also close to Farsha lounge, old market. I also heard there that resort also provide pick and drop service from airport."

"Overall, it was a good experience. However, the reception staff could improve their English fluency for a much better and easier stay. The all-inclusive food was a bit monotonous; it was almost the same every day. For a six-day stay, crabs and prawns were served once and beef and chicken the rest. The beach walk was a quick three minutes, depending on your pace. The staff were generally friendly and the room was clean. However, the bathroom was only sanitised once during our stay."

The food was tasty and varied, with new dishes every day and a wide selection of fish and seafood, including squid, tuna, and shrimp. The entertainment program changes daily, so there is always something interesting to do. The beach is not very large, but there is always enough space to find a spot. Many different activities are available throughout the day, and the animation team is simply amazing. We were also pleasantly surprised to be checked in 4 hours earlier than the official time. The staff is attentive and efficient, quickly resolving any issues. Wi-Fi worked stably and covered the entire hotel area."
