Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort

Naama bay’den çok memnun ayrıldık. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Güleryüzlüydü. Konum olarak çok iyi, deniz hemen bir adım ötenizde. Odalar ferah, temiz ve şık döşenmişti. Kahvaltı çeşitliydi, falafellere bayıldık. Burayı Sharm’a gelecek her ziyaretçiye tavsiye ederim, gönül rahatlığıyla rezervasyon yaptırabilirsiniz. Not: biz beach kısmındaydık, mountain kısmı için yorumlar farklı olabilir.

There is a mountain side and a beach side. So only good views at the Beach side of the resort. Mountain side you have to cross the road. Hotel location is ok, but the flooring and room interiors are pretty old (but everything is functional and working so ok)

Very nice hotel and great beach

First I would like to say that I have stayed in this hotel 4 times previously and we love being there. This holiday was not the same. Upon arrival I was shown to my room that I paid extra for as it was a ground floor pool view. The room smelt of paint as it was just decorated recently. I explained I could not sleep in there with a baby with such a strong smell of paint. I was then given the option to be down graded to another room and after complaining to 3 managers I was upgraded to another room. Also we were not informed the hotel was under construction and was very noisy. The pool is right by the workers so you can hear drilling through out the day. I feel mislead as I was not informed of the work. I am disappointed in this trip and I won’t be staying there again due to the lack of professionalism by the management,

To disadvantage too much flies that is very annoying. I highly recommend it and suggest to use something to reduce flies from annoying the guest, and the second thing is too many crows flying all over the place attacking the food on tables

Room needs to have renovation, reception team was need a man power. They can’t give answer to our questions. fb team was very successful
