Tivoli Hotel Aqua Park

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days. Everything was great: the rooms were cleaned, the towels were changed, the staff was friendly, and the entertainers kept us entertained all the time (darts, stretching, yoga, water volleyball, dancing). The restaurant had plenty of pastries, and the breakfasts and dinners were good.

Good hotel in a good location, rooms are very spacious swimming pool is big and is fit for purpose. Only downside was breakfast wasn’t too great and the shower water pressure was very low other than that a good stay

As a three hotel star food was okay. Staff were polite and respectful. There was a shuttle bus takes you to the beach. Location was really good near the old market and alhadaba, you may use in drive or an affordable transportation to travel to the old market and Alhadba. Far from Naama bay and soho square. Has 6 water slides, 3 for children and three for adults. Phone was not working. I was unable to call from the room. Free WiFi doesn’t work at all, you have to pay for strong WiFi. No kettle in the room but price are quite cheap. They have a few shows on site to entertain the kids in the evening. Some stretching activities at day time in the pool. Clean large rooms are available. Gym is available for free and shooters bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special highlight was the massage by Heiba — it was absolutely amazing! She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and professional. It was one of the best massages we’ve ever had, and she truly made our stay memorable. Huge thanks to her! The only downside was the breakfast. The selection is acceptable and you can find something to eat, but the quality of the products could definitely be improved.
