Firstly you must know that this hotel is divided into two locations Beach wing: which is the part on beach directly Palm wing : you must cross the street to reach the beach Because i shocked upon arrival, that my booking in the back part of hotel.. So i recommend booking in beach wing for more relaxing .. Secondly Location is very good Snorkeling location is very good But out main problem was the food quality I give it 3/10 No variety, No quality at all Specially Pasta made with only starch water (not béchamel) Desserts was a disaster ! Horrible materials and quality Salads was also bad Quality of meat was average They recycle leftovers and put it in buffet next day Quality of coffee is very bad Old Nescafe algeria machines that produce an artificial espresso cups. Quality of breakfast is acceptable, specially the cold cuts, but not the premium one

I have always preferred the Novotel chain in different countries for its perfect balance of price and quality of service. However, this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh has changed my attitude toward the brand forever. It absolutely does not deserve a 5-star rating; it barely passes for a weak 3-star property. Let me break it down step-by-step to warn future travelers: Deception during booking: Be very careful when booking through aggregators. The hotel is split into two parts. You will most likely end up on the second line, meaning you will have to walk a long distance to the beach in the blistering heat across a busy main road. The grounds and rooms: I was lucky enough to get a renovated room, but to reach it, I had to trek uphill for 15 minutes in the scorching heat every single time. It would be extremely difficult for the elderly or families with young children. The beach and sea: The beach area is tiny. Right in front of your eyes, there is an endless commotion of boats and water sports — zero relaxation. The reef is still beautiful for now, but with this management, it will completely die out in a year or two. Food is definitely not 5-star level: There is none of the variety or abundance you would expect from a 5-star hotel. In 4 days, we didn't see a single shrimp or squid — only overcooked, dry fish. Even the ice cream machine was turned on for strictly 2 hours a day. Discrimination and service: I want to specifically highlight a highly unpleasant and discriminatory situation with the staff that left a terrible aftertaste. The hotel was half-empty, yet they charged me $50 for checking in just 3 hours early. Meanwhile, my Arab colleague was checked in at the exact same time without paying a single cent. This is an absolutely unacceptable, biased approach to guests based on nationality. Summary: Do not trust the enthusiastic reviews here — it strongly feels like they are written by paid bots. Read the negative reviews instead, because they are the true indicator of reality, as I have learned from my own experience. Novotel Sharm, you have completely killed my long-standing loyalty to your chain. An absolute disappointment. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Hotel with perfect location, centrally located and easy to navigate to local shops and amenities. The room was spacious and clean but the sound of air conditioner was too strong and distributing. The staff are so friendly Food was 8/10 (not too much diversity in breakfast.) The beach was perfect you have the impression that you swim inside an aquarium.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel. The resort is well organized, clean, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and enjoyable. I’d especially like to thank Ali from the reception team, He was very helpful and understanding when I had a small issue with a lost towel card, and handled it professionally and smoothly. Overall, a great experience..

Good fasilitie, cleaning and enjoy the enviroment at hotel

We spent 5 days in a Junior Suite, the room is very nice recommended. Location is also perfect, you can find everything in the surrounding in a couple of minutes. Beach is sandy and a lot of fishes close to the shore. For us the room, beach and fishes the most important. Food was okay, nothing special, the same breakfast as in every hotel. The service was okay, but many times we couldn't order from the room service, because they were not available. If you want lot of nice fishes close to the beach and perfect location then it is recommended. Overall our stay was very nice.

The rooms are good as they have been renovated and it is in a great location on a sandy beach. There is a big difference in food and facilities between the Palm side and the Beach side and would definitely recommend getting a beachside room. Food wise for me, it was more of a 3/4 star standard than 5 star, especially in the Palm side where the food quality and display could definitely be improved.
