I stayed here recently and had a decent experience, though there are a few things you should watch out for before booking: • Room Maintenance: My room had a broken door handle. It’s worth double-checking the hardware and locks as soon as you check in to ensure everything is secure and functional. • Room Location: While higher floors often offer better views, keep in mind that getting to your room can be quite tiring. If you prefer easy access or want to avoid a long trek after a day out, consider requesting a room on a lower level. Summary: It’s a fine choice for a stay, but the experience can be hit-or-miss depending on which room you are assigned. High floors require a bit of effort, and maintenance could be more consistent.

The location of the hotel, the rooms and the view were very nice. Everything was nice at the hotel. It is a hotel that I would like to go back to. But there was only one problem, most of the staff were indifferent and uninterested. I would like to thank the pool barman Kiro, the animation team's Abdullah Meryem and Avalia for their attention and interest.

The hotel was not very keen to serve Asian - faced customers as its history showed. I was treated in the same way at the beginning but I tried to express how I felt directly to the staff and be straightforward about the problems the hotel encountered, e.g., not providing a welcome drink, not cleaning the swimming pool… The receptionist and other staff changed their attitude a bit after being confronted by me. Generally, the hotel meets the cleanliness level and provides appropriate responses to me. The breakfast isn’t great but the dinner choices are ok.
