Fantastic location, super close to shopping and all the main attractions. The room was bright and airy, with a great separate shower and toilet, and the blackout curtains ensured a sound sleep. The staff were proactive in recommending local eateries. This hotel offers incredible value for money, far surpassing other hotels in the same price range. Definitely my top choice for a place to stay!

Beyond the cliffside and beach views, this hotel has absolutely nothing going for it. I booked a king room but got two twin beds. The next day, for an extended stay in the same room, they told me to pack my luggage and move to a different room, which led to a huge argument with them at the front desk. Dinner and breakfast were both absolutely terrible. For dinner, you could only have lamb and beef skewers, and for breakfast, only fried eggs.

My partner and I had a good stay. Our view from the room was great. The buffet had lot of choice and was different every evening. The staff was attentive though room service was a bit slow. Overall a great stay.

The resort location is amazing. The staff is very helpful and supporting including cleaning, restaurant, reception, infect everyone. All you need to talk to them in respect with smile. Hotel offered 5 alcarte restaurants dinners but you need to pre book. Room are very standard. If you want to be comfortable then book atleast elegant / deluxe room. Spa is very basic and need renovations. Gym is basic with lot of broken machines. Lots of food option. Resort also offered beach part for extra $5. The best thing about this resort is location. You will enjoy snorkelling and dive. This resort is also close to Farsha lounge, old market. I also heard there that resort also provide pick and drop service from airport.

Highly recommended this hotel. When you check in they will give you a bracelet and you have to wear it till you check out. Breakfast is included for all guests, however they have a special “all inclusive packages” for some guests with different prices which i couldn’t find in trip.com. Lunch buffet is 560 EGP, dinner buffet is 750 EGP. If you want to eat outside I would recommend Al Hariri restaurant with 15mins walking distance. The first day when I arrived i ordered room services which comes to a surprise because it was a huge portion! Super worth it. Water heater works well but have to turn on for 5mins before it gets warm. HOWEVER, I wanted to buy ice cream at the pool bar but the staff charge me 100 EGP but when my friend bought it they only charge her 40 EGP. It was exactly the same ice cream…I guess in Egypt they could open any price they want, they will charge you for air too if they want…

Very nice hotel. The food was good, the room was clean. House keeping service was very good. The most cool point is that they have their private beach with coral reef and beautiful fish!

So comfortable! The hotel facilities and service overall really let you relax and unwind. Once we checked in, we didn't even leave the hotel. The value for money is great too. Definitely recommend it to anyone traveling!
