As usual I like very much this hotel.Everytine I go to Ningbo I stay up n this hotel. I like the breakfast. Staffs are very kind to me whatever I need. Do upgrade always my room. Recommended!

This is a great little boutique hotel. In the center of Luotuo, it offers access to lots of restaurants, activities and easy transportation to the locations that I need to go to and Zhenhai. The front desk staff does not speak much, English, but they went well out of their way to be able to communicate with me. They have an on-site self service laundry, but one of the attentive front desk service people offered to do the laundry for me at an unbelievably good price. That is service above and beyond. Do you want a little adventure, and cultural interaction, I would highly recommend this hotel at a steal of a price.

The hotel was nice, the foyer, the and front desk were clean. The checkin took a little longer than we would have liked because I’m guessing we were foreigners so they had a little difficulty. Nevertheless ladies tried their best to handle it and were super kind. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay for sure! It took about 28 minutes to get into the city area but it was fine for us.

The service at this hotel was exceptional, especially at the front desk. I booked the hotel to celebrate my birthday, and during check-in, the front desk told me there were no clean rooms available and asked me to sit at the front desk while they helped me with my luggage. I was initially a little annoyed, but while I was in the lobby, they offered me water and a small gift, which made things better. After a while, they told me my room was ready. When I checked in and entered the room, there was a birthday cake and a small card on the table wishing me a happy birthday. Later, I learned that the reason they told me there were no clean rooms was because the front desk had already ordered the cake, and the receptionist had even called to wish me a happy birthday! Such a thoughtful gesture from a very affordable hotel was very touching! I highly recommend this hotel! They also helped us with a late check-out the next day. Overall, the service was excellent. The hotel lobby gave the impression of being very clean, and the rooms were also exceptionally clean, leaving a lasting impression. I will definitely book this hotel again for myself or my friends, and I will recommend it to everyone.

Centrally located in Loutou Was several restaurants, nearby and easy shopping. It’s close to all the factories that I deal with in Ningbo. I really recommend any business traveler staying here. The room is well appointed, fresh fruit every day. And the service is outstanding. I’ve stayed here several times and I really take great care of me.
