the admin朱先生 is a very awesome guy. he welcomed us at the hotel personally. helped us with our luggage’s On checking in, he served us chinese tea n pastries. we were given links on great dining recommendations and highlights of lijiang. we felt very welcome and totally at home . lijiang ancient city is just a short walk away the hotel was cosy and rooms were clean and spacious best of all , he recommended us to watch lijiang romantic show, gave us instructions on the route and tickets most of all , i m grateful to him for arranging to send my duffel bag to me at the train station when i realised it was left behind at the hotel if you want a home away from home in lijiang, this hotel meets all expectations . 朱先生 is a great host, willing to go beyond to make you feel at home i hope to b able to come here again in the near future

Super high value for money, highly recommended, a must-stay in Lijiang!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful 2-night stay here. The hotel is located inside Lijiang Ancient Town, which made the experience even more special. The owner kindly picked us up along with our big luggage. It was such a fun ride—we honestly enjoyed it so much haha. During check-in, we were welcomed with an orange, which was a very sweet and thoughtful gesture. The owner was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us with renting traditional costumes and arranging a photography session around Lijiang Ancient Town, which made our trip even more memorable. After we came back from Yulong Snow Mountain, the owner also gave us very thoughtful advice. He reminded us not to shower immediately and to take some time to relax first, explaining that showering right away could cause altitude sickness or even a cold due to the sudden temperature change. We really appreciated this care and concern for our well-being. What we felt most grateful for was the kindness shown to us regarding our laundry. When we asked if there was a washing machine, they said yes, and we managed to start the first wash cycle before heading out. When we returned at night, all our clothes had already been washed and were ready for us to hang. We were shy and happy at the same time 😆 because otherwise, we would have had to stay up late just to settle our laundry. Overall, this stay felt very warm and personal—almost like being taken care of by family. Truly a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang Ancient Town.

My stay at Sifuyashe was absolutely perfect, hands down the best guesthouse in Lijiang Old Town! The location is superb, right in the heart of Wuyi Street, which is the most vibrant and lively area of the Old Town. It’s a 3-minute walk to Sifang Street, with tons of restaurants, bars, and unique shops all around – you step out and instantly feel immersed in the lively atmosphere. Yet, it’s also a peaceful oasis. The guesthouse is surrounded by lush greenery and traditional Naxi architecture, with a secluded courtyard that blocks out all the external noise. Entering the guesthouse feels like stepping into a tranquil paradise; it’s so quiet at night you can hear yourself breathe, allowing your mind and body to completely relax. The decor is elegantly tasteful, seamlessly blending traditional Naxi architecture with beautiful garden landscapes. There are seven distinct courtyards, with a babbling brook, winding boardwalks, and vibrant bougainvillea accentuating the blue-tiled roofs and white walls, giving it an ancient yet lively feel. The furnishings in the rooms are incredibly well-crafted, featuring handmade solid wood carved beds, intricately carved windows, and antique-style lighting. Each piece of furniture exudes a sense of history, complemented by soft lighting and a subtle incense aroma, creating a warm and refined ambiance that combines the charm of a traditional inn with the comfort of a modern hotel. The service was impeccable from start to finish. From booking to check-out, we received attentive care throughout. For our 5-night stay, we enjoyed complimentary airport transfers. The housekeeper communicated our itinerary in advance, ensuring a seamless pick-up upon arrival. When we checked in, we were greeted with warm tea and fruit, and a detailed introduction to the guesthouse’s facilities and services. They even customized a personalized itinerary for us, recommending off-the-beaten-path attractions that were less crowded but equally beautiful, helping us avoid the typical tourist crush. The housekeeper also helped us book tickets for Naxi ancient music performances and provided discount cards for popular bars, making our trip even more enriching. Room amenities were comprehensive, with soft and comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. High-end features like a Kohler smart toilet, white goose down duvet, and latex pillows are comparable to a five-star hotel. Hot water was plentiful 24/7 with stable pressure, and the toiletries were all high-quality, providing a great experience. Every day of our stay here was incredibly comfortable, feeling like we had a temporary home in Lijiang. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all friends visiting Lijiang!

I highly recommend this guesthouse; my two-day stay was excellent. A special shout-out to Butler Yu for his warm hospitality! We arrived after 10 PM, and Butler Yu waited for us and came out beforehand to help with our luggage. When we left, he waited until 8 AM to help us carry our very heavy bags out. When I was struggling with altitude sickness and ran out of oxygen, Butler Yu found me a spare tank to use. He also constantly messaged us on WeChat to check in, which I was incredibly grateful for. I hope the owners take good care of Butler Yu. He's very talkative and you can ask him anything. The guesthouse itself is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the old town and the food street. Getting a taxi to the South Gate of Shuhe Ancient Town is also very quick. The view from the window is exceptionally beautiful; our room had a view of other rooftops and a skylight, and the sunrise shining in was lovely. I saw comments below about poor soundproofing, and we did hear a neighbor playing music, but it was only for a short while in the afternoon, not too loud, and didn't last long, so it didn't affect our rest at all. Thank you, Master Yu, for making our Yunnan trip feel so warm!

This was my first time in Lijiang, and I was drawn to Nazhu's (the guesthouse's) snow-capped mountain views when choosing a place to stay. I booked a standard double room thinking I'd have a great view, but they upgraded us to a suite upon arrival, which was fantastic! 1️⃣ **Room:** The room was super spacious. You could see the snow-capped mountains directly from the bed in the morning, but we weren't so lucky as it rained that day and was quite foggy, which was a shame. The room was well-equipped with a fridge, iron, hairdryer, and even a bathtub liner. 2️⃣ **Service:** The guesthouse called and added me on WeChat a few days in advance, sending over important information. They also arranged airport/station pick-up, which was very convenient. Any questions I had on WeChat were answered promptly. The guesthouse has five floors, and while there's no elevator, the staff were incredibly helpful with luggage, even when checking out. It was excellent! 3️⃣ **Breakfast:** Breakfast was served on the fifth-floor viewing platform. It was a generous spread and tasted really good, almost like an afternoon tea. There was also a demonstration and tasting of ******* butter tea in the evening, but we arrived too late and missed it. 4️⃣ **Environment:** There's a parking lot downstairs with about a dozen spots; you can contact the guesthouse in advance to reserve one. The overall design and decor are excellent, and it's very clean. It was a pity we didn't get to see the 'golden sun illuminating the snow-capped mountains' this time, but I'll definitely choose Nazhu again on my next visit to Lijiang!

**Service** The service was excellent. The staff were very attentive and always willing to help. Although we arrived early, the hotel allowed us to check in right away and welcomed us with a small tea session and cake. Despite the language barrier, they made an effort to explain how to stay safe at high altitude and even helped check whether items in the old town were overpriced. **Location** The hotel is located right at the North Gate of the old town. It’s very convenient to hail a taxi or book a ride through an app. You can easily access the old town without having to carry your luggage over cobblestone streets. **Room** The room looked exactly like the photos advertised—clean and comfortable. A humidifier was also provided. **Downside** Smoke from outside smokers can sometimes seep into the room, which may be irritating. **Summary** I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lijiang.

The guesthouse is conveniently located halfway up Lijiang's Lion Mountain, within easy walking distance of the Big Water Wheel and Sifang Street. The owner was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, even going out of their way to help us plan our itinerary. It also features its own viewing platform with absolutely stunning views of Lion Mountain. Overall, this guesthouse offers superb value for money.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly, communicating regularly via WeChat to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was great - just high enough to have a great view, not too many stairs down to the main square and not too many stairs back up to a convenient pick up spot just outside the old town.

Everything about the guesthouse was satisfactory. The breakfast was light and delicious, and the owner was warm and hospitable, providing excellent service and accommodating every request. Traveling with a child, this made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Lijiang 💗. Exclusive butler service: They even provided a complimentary drop-off at the high-speed rail station, which was incredibly convenient and thoughtful.
