"The host is very accommodating and helpful. We were greeted with tea and fruits upon arrival. They also helped to carry our luggage from didi pickup point to the house. The stay was comfortable. The heater functioned properly. The room was big and as advertised. Theres plenty of space to eat and chill, and store your luggage inside the room. Very clean and the host will top up the amenities if needed. The inn is very close to the ancient town, just need a bit walk downstairs and you'll reach the small river. Theres also convenience store when you go down the road. We booked our jade dragon snow mountain trip with the host. The price is slightly on the higher end, but it was a last minute decision so its alright. They can also help you plan your itinerary for your stay. We went to alot of great place so Lijiang is very enjoyable~ Overall its a recommended place to stay. However, in my opinion the inn location is not suitable for elderly people because theres a lot of stairs."

"Facilities: The room and toilet is clean. No bidet but of course it is not an uncommon thing here. There is a washing machine with a dryer at ground floor. No lift which is also not an uncommon thing here but they will help you carry luggage. They have rooms at grd floor and 1st floor. My room have bath tub as well with hot water so you can bath and relax. Interior and exterior wise is decent as well. Location: At Lijiang Ancient city. Strategic I would say (but quite the hill for me lol) and nearby Halal eatery (Yak hotpot etc) via Didi or you can also walk if you want to but again it is quite a hilly walk here haha. The didi will not be able to enter the homestay area and unable drop you off at the front door hence need to walk a bit uphill/downhill to the pickup point. You may inform the host on your arrival so they can arrange people to carry your luggage with a small buggy or whatever they call it. Walkable distance to the famous water wheel area. also there is place if you want to rent traditional outfit in front hotel, you get 2 outfit and the photo outcome is nice."

"Best hotel in Lijiang, location is superb, very near the North Door (北门) of Lijiang Old Town, very convenient drop-off and pick-up point for transport. Hotel does not have lift, however staff has helped to carry our luggage to level 1. Room is spacious and clean and equipped with a portable heater, humidifier and water boiler. Overall, it is a very good and comfortable stay in Lijiang. Service is good and staff is friendly."

"The hotel manager, Sanqian, is very attentive and gave us free upgraded room to suite. She already communicate with us before arrival and help us to arrange 3 days 2 night trip to Shangri-La and also one day trip to Snow Mountain. She is the place where I can get a lot of information about China even when I’m not yet arrived. I am truly grateful with all of your help Sanqian."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Lijiang. The view from the property was simply stunning and made the whole trip unforgettable. The room was spacious, very modern, and had a touch of luxury in every detail, which made it both comfortable and special. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed — we were greeted with fresh, delicious fruits and a wonderful Pu’er tea that tasted amazing. Every morning, since we had to leave early, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was such a kind gesture. What impressed me the most was the service — the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always made sure we were well taken care of. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and thoughtful. This hotel truly combines beautiful views, comfort, and excellent hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lijiang, and I would love to come back again."

"Excellent service. They contacted several days in advance to help arrange pick up and activities especially since tickets to the Yulong mountain glacier park need to be booked in advance. Hosts were very hospitable and helped us with our every day needs and trip planning. Carried our luggage through the ancient city to which the hotel is located in. Convenient for exploring at night. Rooms were clean with a modern aesthetic. Beautiful view of the city from the hote. Breakfast was abundant with a set meal of noodles, congee and sides. Overall great stay with great personalised service. Thank you"

"I stayed here for two nights. It’s a small guesthouse located in the old town area. Large vehicles cannot access the alley, so if you have luggage, I recommend using a trolley. There’s a baggage service at the entrance for about 20 yuan. Most of the staff here speak only Chinese and don’t understand English, so if you’re a foreigner, I recommend downloading a translation app in advance. However, they are very kind, providing warm service and always willing to help with everything, from booking tours and recommending restaurants to suggesting places to visit. Even on the way back, they helped call a car for us. The entrance to the guesthouse may seem small, but it extends deep inside with multiple rooms, ready to accommodate travelers. It’s located in the old town area, where you can walk around and explore almost 24/7. Highly recommend to stay here if you come Lijiang. ♡♡♡"

"The hotel is the middle of the hill. The room we booked has a big window facing Lijiang ancient town. The night view is beautiful and peaceful. It is truly a relaxing place for a few nights. The hotel is literally a garden."
