This hotel is clean and tidy, with elegant decor. The smart lighting throughout the room is convenient and easy to use, making for an excellent stay. The staff are warm and friendly, and the cleaning lady was kind and thoughtful. The hotel manager provided attentive and considerate service. The hotel breakfast was delicious and the flavors were outstanding. The hotel thoughtfully provides oxygen equipment and humidifiers; after hiking Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, I used the oxygen to relieve discomfort, and my altitude sickness quickly subsided, allowing for a smooth recovery. The room view is superb, and in my free time, I even managed to capture stunning photos of the 'Golden Mountain' at sunset. This hotel offers a comfortable and practical stay, with excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The whole room was smart-enabled, and they even upgraded my room! It was spacious and very clean. If I needed anything, I just asked 'Xiao Du' (the smart assistant). I stayed for several days straight. They even provided disposable face towels, which were great! The breakfast was delicious too! Since I stayed multiple nights, I also got a free airport drop-off service! Plus, there was a welcome gift with super fresh fruit. The service was absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town ✌️ Five-star service!

Great service! Couldn't go out because of the rain, so we just chatted over tea, and the recommended restaurant was excellent too! It would be even better if there was an extra washing machine; it would really lighten the load for the staff! I also suggest adding some ambiance to the rooftop garden at night!
