The hotel dervice is superb. The free shuttle bus service to and back from concert venue is a good surprise. the transport arrangement is very orderly and efficient. Booked a night because of attending concert in the gymnasium next to the hotel. Best choice ever during the rainy day, walking distance after concert and can settle down immediately after drenched. The customer service lady Rainbow has been very helpful and caring, even desserts are prepared before we reached to our room after concert. Best choice if watching concert at Dong An Hu.

I have to say that staying in this hotel is a revelation in staff service excellence. The staff aim to please and ensure our stay is comfortable par excellence. The manager, Leo sets the example and is followed by his staff from reception to housekeeping and maintenance. In terms of location, it is near to the sports park where Sporting tournaments are held, then this hotel will make a goos choice but it is far from city center. The rooms are big and clean, and couple with excellent service ut makes our 5 night stay in chengdu a memorable experience. Good job, Leo and staff.

This was such a nice and convenient hotel. We were able to check-in a bit early as well. The staff was very helpful. We had to ship some parcels and the staff allowed the courier to come collect the bags. I had two toddlers and zero Chinese speaking ability, so it was very helpful. Great hotel with great staff to attend all your needs. Purposely chose this hotel due to previous Atour Hotel stay in other cities in China and it is never a regret. Plus the extra care for concert goers is a plus point as they provided free bus shuttle services during the concert. After concert preparations with some simple snacks, fruit and water on the bus is a heart warming gesture. Another great point are they offer great breakfast and supper as well

GGuest UserI booked this hotel on Trip.com late at night, just hoping for a place to crash. To my surprise, the front desk attendant was incredibly patient when I arrived. Seeing me with a big suitcase and looking exhausted, she proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor and even thoughtfully prepared hot tea. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast the next morning had a great variety and tasted delicious. What touched me most was at check-out; I was rushing for my train, and the front desk had already prepared my invoice and packed a souvenir for me, handling everything calmly and efficiently. This unexpectedly great experience completely wiped away my fatigue from the business trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!

I was so lucky to stay in the same hotel as my idol – the atmosphere was incredible! A special shout-out to Jasmine, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, always warm, meticulous, and incredibly caring. Her service was truly heartwarming! Jasmine is not only beautiful and cool, with amazing style and elegant temperament, but also gentle and generous. She took exceptional care of me, providing thoughtful and detailed service, and was always there to help with any request immediately. It was genuinely heartwarming. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and transportation is super convenient with a subway entrance right outside. It's also very close to the airport, making it incredibly easy to get to and from the concert. The check-in experience was excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my fellow fans and travelers!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Kuanzhai Alley and is within walking distance, though it might be a bit of a trek if you have very young children. It's conveniently located to all the major attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The room was clean, and the service was good. There's also parking available. The only downside was that there was construction happening next door during our stay, but we were informed beforehand that it was a municipal project.

Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

The robot delivery service was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, the location is fantastic, right next to two metro stations, making it easy to get anywhere. The gym is also really good!
