The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the hotel environment was great, with a large park and Dong'an Lake, perfect for walks and exercise. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and there was both above-ground and underground parking.

I came with my mom. The environment is great, the service is excellent, everything is good. It has a balcony with a wonderful view outside. It's very quiet at night, and I slept really well. Thanks to all the staff for their warm and patient service. You've worked hard!

Bringing my child to participate in the national simulated flight competition at Dong'an Lake Sports Park, we stayed at this Kapok Hotel for a week and had a fantastic experience! The hotel facilities are very new, and the room is spacious and bright. The smart design was novel and interesting for the kids. The service was also excellent, with staff who were warm and attentive, very friendly to families with children. The hotel is right next to the competition venue, making travel convenient and perfectly balancing the competition with rest. Highly recommended for participating families!

Highly recommend! The cleanliness is impeccable, and the service is outstanding and incredibly thoughtful. I came for the Phoenix concert, and this place is super close to the venue. I stayed for 4 days and had three separate bookings because of different room types, which meant changing rooms daily. The room changes were seamless and hassle-free; they even moved me to a room on the same floor. The breakfast was also very generous, and my child loved it here too. They were sad to leave and said they want to come back next time.

I chose this hotel specifically for a concert, and its location is absolutely perfect! I could walk to the Dong'an Lake Sports Park. The room was spacious and clean, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the service was attentive. After the show, I didn't have to deal with any traffic, which made getting around incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it! 👏

This hotel is the closest one to the concert venue, within walking distance. However, Chengdu at 6 PM is still scorching hot, and the walk to the stadium has no shade at all, it was a real sunbath. There's really nothing around the hotel; you have to take a taxi to go anywhere. Taking the subway also requires a bus transfer, which isn't very convenient.

On the last day of our trip to Chengdu, we stayed at the Kapok Hotel located in Dong'an Lake Sports Park. The surrounding environment is incredibly beautiful, and our lake-view room's balcony offered stunning views of Dong'an Lake. The room itself was elegantly decorated and impeccably clean. In the afternoon, they even delivered complimentary fruit. The breakfast selection was also very rich. Crucially, it's very close to the Dong'an Lake Sports Center where the concert was held, just a 10-minute walk, which was incredibly convenient. After the concert, we got back to our room around 10 PM and were still able to order room service, which shows their excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The environment is neat, clean, and well-maintained. The service is warm, attentive, and thorough. The 3 tickets for the Dong'an Lake scenic area shuttle were great: the scenery was beautiful! Coming back from the concert, there was even a late-night snack. Perfect! 😍 Will definitely come again next time! 👍👍👍

The room was clean and tidy, with a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking Dong'an Lake. It was quite convenient to get to the concert venue, even on foot. Breakfast was just average, and the restaurant was very hot. Overall, I'd say it was alright.
