Jiali Hotel Select (Chengdu Chunxi Road Taikoo Li)

It is located very close to Taikoo Li, IFS area (walking distance)Room is very spacious and comfortable. They changed our bedsheet and towel every day. There is also laundry room (washer & dryer, laundry detergent and area to are dry clothes) located at Level 8. We left two of our luggages when we go to Hualong & Jiuzhai Valley and hotel took a very good care of it. They give us cute keychain when we checked out. No issues with elevator & there is a very bougie massage parlor at Level 3 (which we tried and felt very refreshed after). The only thing I disliked was that the sitting toilet is only covered with curtain. I wished it was covered with frosted glass for more privacy.

Where do I start? Room is not clean at all, unlike advertised. They had renovations going on which were extremely loud. Walls are super thin, you literally hear neighbors talking, showering, using hair dryer. Bathroom had a smell and was pretty dirty. Location OK but not super close to metro or main square , it is a good 10-15 min walk. One elevator for the whole hotel, sometimes waited over 5 minutes for it to even come. Amenities wise, there is one drier for the whole hotel, good luck finding it empty so you can use it.

Hotel is in a convenient location near IFS, and has small eateries nearby. The hotel reception service is extremely good, they will help you to find your Taobao/meituan/jd parcels. Will recommend to anybody coming to Chengdu,

The room is close to shopping areas and there are many restaurants, including street food, near the hotel. Late check-out is available until 2 pm, and I received an upgrade from my reservation. The room has complete amenities, but there is no bathroom door, although there is a curtain between the sink and toilet. Overall, it's good value for the price.
