The room is very spacious and easy to get in and out. There is a pedestrian street downstairs and there are many places to eat. The parking lot elevator can go directly to the room, which is very convenient. The environmental sanitation is very good, and the comfort is better than that of a fast hotel. There is a massage chair, which is very comfortable

I booked this hotel for the lake view and it was a perfect place for Mom and I to relax. We stayed for 5 nights and really really enjoyed this hotel. The hospitality is just phenomenal. Everyone went above and beyond to make this stay special for my Mom and she really appreciated it. We really have to thank the manager 侨鑫. He is so friendly and helped us a lot. Whenever he sees us he will ask to see how our stay is and if there’s anything he can help us with. Even after we left, he would message me to make sure we got to our next place safely since he knows we’re not local. Thank you! We have been recommending this hotel to a lot of our friends and family.

Perfect
SSlowkimHonestly one of the nicest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. Even though we arrived very late at night, communication was smooth and they replied quickly to everything. They explained every detail so patiently and made us feel very welcomed.
After booking the hotel, they contacted us first through Trip.com and helped us with so many things about Chongqing. They recommended restaurants, places to visit, and even told us which places were not really worth going to. It genuinely felt like having a local friend helping us during the trip.
The location was amazing too. It truly feels like the center of everything, so getting around was very easy. Calling a taxi was simple at any time, and even walking outside late at night felt safe and comfortable.
The room itself was very clean and well prepared. Water, snacks, shampoo, towels, and other necessities were generously provided, which made the stay even more comfortable.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing.
6636678Facilities: The hotel's facilities are well-maintained and don't feel old at all; everything is very complete.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean, even the nooks and crannies are spotless.
Environment: The hotel offers direct views of the river and the tall buildings on the opposite bank. The night view is absolutely stunning.
Service: The service here is arguably the best. From check-in, the concierge naturally opened the car door, handled our luggage, and we only needed to proceed with check-in. The front desk staff was enthusiastic, introducing all hotel facilities, restaurants, and exclusive benefits. Most importantly, room service delivers takeout right to your door, so you don't have to pick it up yourself. After eating, we called service to clean up, and the cleaning staff responded quickly and cleaned thoroughly. The minibar drinks and snacks are refilled daily for free. The mahua (fried dough twists) and hudou (broad beans) were delicious. It was also my first time trying Ying Tea and Tianfu Cola, which are Chongqing specialties. There's also a complimentary laundry service for three items daily, which cleaned clothes very well – perfectly solving the problem of smelling like hotpot and oil after going out. The turndown service even left a small flower on the bed, haha.
Custom Bath Menu Service: The bathing experience was fantastic, offering three different bath choices.
The hotel amenities are also very comfortable, especially the slippers, which are much better than the thin ones typically found elsewhere. There are many other amenities to choose from, basically catering to all my needs.
I also highly recommend Liangjiang Bar. The view is beautiful, and there's a wide selection of drinks. The 'Jingxi Special' cocktail truly surprised me; you should definitely try the different flavors.
KkiranskDefinitely would recommend this place, for couples.
I realised this was meant for couples when I checked the bathroom and there were no locks lol. But it wasn't a problem for me anyway.
The views are fantastic especially at sunset and at night when the city lights up in all its glory. Get the city+river view if you're traveling with your loved ones.
The toilets are rather small, with no bidet. Everything else was fantastic.
The protector required some android app to share the screen and it wouldn't work for whatever reason so we basically didn't use it much.
Beds were clean, soft. Toiletries provided, even slippers and clogs. They also clean the rooms. Laundry room was near our rooms.
Surrounded by small shops and there's a sky deck above. The hotel is actually inside the Union building on the 28th floor and the elevators can sometimes be a little crowded. It wasn't exactly easy to spot as there were no signages.
Overall 8.5/10 would definitely recommend.
Mmaja_meiReally happy with our stay. The hotel had enough elevators, so we never had to wait long. The room was sparkling clean, and the service was very helpful. The room that was first assigned to us had a cigarette smell, but we were able to change it quickly and the staff handled it without any issues and with an excellent attitude. The gentleman that checked us in even went with us to make sure the new room was alright. Breakfast was good, and the room itself looked exactly like the official photos, maybe even a bit better, which was a very nice surprise.
The location was also great. It was just a few minutes’ walk to Hongya Cave and the nearby shopping streets, and even Raffles City could be easily reached on foot. I can truly recommend staying here.
ZZuihuasuPerhaps it's because I studied at the most authoritative university program concerning Chongqing's history, but I've always been intensely curious about buildings with historical significance, especially hotels that have transformed from them. Whether I'm sitting on the sofa or lying in bed in my room, I can't help but imagine the stories that once unfolded here. While every space, given enough time, surely holds a fascinating past, spaces with explicit historical information make these fantasies more concrete, or less ambiguous, by narrowing the scope of imagination. I recall a story about an elderly French woman in the last century who came to the French Navy Barracks on Chongqing's Nanbin Road to search for her birthplace. The Ren'ai Hall, built in 1902 by the French Catholic Church, served as both a church and a hospital. During the Anti-Japanese War, it sheltered abandoned infants, earning it the nickname 'Orphanage' among older Chongqing residents. Where did the children born or raised at Ren'ai Hall go? Did any try to return and explore their past? What did they discover? These imagined scenarios could form a novel, and with a large enough sample size, they might even be true historical events. Regardless, the current Ren'ai Hall, both in terms of its guests' physical and mental state and the hotel's physical space, feels far more relaxed and peaceful than it did in the past.
After booking the room, several concierges were responsible throughout the entire process. The whole arrangement was very meticulous, and thanks to these arrangements, I personally had no questions that I needed to proactively ask during my entire stay. Before check-in, the concierge would inform me of the exact drop-off points for various transportation methods, and upon arrival, staff members were there to greet me. If I had a lot of luggage, even more staff would assist. The concierge also pre-booked a travel photography team. Teacher Zihao from Zixuan Photography, who handled our travel shoot, was very professional, both in his understanding of light and his ability to capture fleeting moments. A tip for friends who plan to do their own hair and makeup before the shoot: pay close attention to the final effect (the photography team has their own hair and makeup artists who can do it at the hotel, but due to time constraints, I did my own before check-in). It was my first time getting professional makeup, and I had no experience, so the result was so drastic I barely recognized myself, which unfortunately wasted many good photos. The afternoon tea was unremarkable, but whether it was breakfast, afternoon tea, or the evening sweet soup, a concierge could deliver it to the room. As for the room's interior design and the hotel's scenic views, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. (P.S.: Luckily, my room was upgraded to the Qiongyu Fanhua Suite, which I heard is the same one a certain celebrity stayed in.)
GGuest UserThe environment and service at Xiannvshan National Forest Park Bayu Homestay are both top-notch. The guesthouse offers pick-up and drop-off services to and from the scenic area entrance. Upon arrival, you're greeted by a tranquil courtyard surrounded by lush mountains and clear waters. The fresh air carries a faint scent of flowers and earth.
The guesthouse features a modern minimalist design, with wooden pavilions and intricately carved window frames; every detail showcases the unique charm of the local culture.
In terms of service, the staff are warm and attentive, from the thoughtful check-in guidance to meticulously planning sightseeing routes for guests, reflecting their genuine care. Here, you can savor authentic Bayu cuisine and experience a home-like warmth.
In the morning, as the first rays of sunlight hit your window, you can stroll through the forest and embrace nature's bounty. After nightfall, the guesthouse glows with warm lights, reflecting the starry sky, making you feel as if you're in a dreamland. Every moment at Xiannvshan National Forest Park Bayu Homestay is a wonderful encounter with nature and culture, leaving you lingering and looking forward to your next visit.
GGuest UserStayed at Qianhe Zhixuan High-View Hotel recently and had a really good experience overall. The customer service was excellent — they replied super fast every time I had a question and were very patient in helping me solve all my problems during the stay.
Whenever I needed assistance, the staff handled it quickly and professionally, which made the trip much smoother and less stressful. Really appreciate their attitude and efficiency.
The service honestly made the stay much better. Would recommend this hotel to travelers who value responsive and helpful customer support!
Location also 10/10 just beside the metro station also walking distance to the famous attractions
MMaoyu ChenThe hotel is centrally located, right next to the Jiefangbei People's Monument. Check-in is on the 29th floor, and staff in the lobby on the ground floor will guide you. The 29th floor houses the front desk, as well as a bar and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and upgraded us to a higher floor room. We also really liked the industrial-style decor of the room. I had expected it to be noisy being in a tourist area, but it was surprisingly quiet; you could barely hear any noise from downstairs. On the 8th floor, there's a 24-hour gym and a self-service laundry room, which caters to all needs for short stays. All in all, there's nothing to complain about, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.
AAnonymous UserExcellent service. Excellent location. Near the BRT (which we took only once). The service apartment is located in a block (that also had another hotel entrance), where the entrance to Fandiao is hidden from the main road. But aside from that, the building is noticeable and is the first tall building just before the viewing deck for the Qiansimen bridge and just before Hongyatong, as traffic flows (one way).
My specific booking for this room was for a Saturday night - a one night extension - and we chose the Hongyatong view, as our original room was already booked. We could see the massive crowds from our window view out there at and around Hongyatong and on the Qiansimen Bridge on the May 1 weekend
But the previous 4 nights, we were booked under my husband's name, and that room allowed us to see the drones show from the comfort of our large and beautiful room. That first room had a wall-to-wall window, that allowed us a view of the river, a block of apartments right in front of us, and some street views. There are pros and cons to different rooms. The drone show is on weekends. If you are not on weekends, the HongYa Tong view is nicer, but only my first room (which was much larger at 40 sq metres) had a long window seat which was lovely.
I share a few photos, one with a view of Hongyatong (this booking, and from the other room, where we could see the drone show. Remember they are different rooms. But you could easily come downstairs and watch the drones from the little corner outside the lobby. There's still a crowd, but you could see the drones rising to the sky.
The customer service was excellent, for some reason, we were first given paper disposable towels in our first room, and I rejected that for cloth towels which were then given to us. The reception is on the 19th floor, and all the service personnel were willing to please (communicate via WeChat, with translation). And always asked if there were things they could do.
Some idiosyncrasies (from a Malaysian view). They have glasses in the room but no cups/mugs for making tea the conventional English way, but the customer service brought cups with handles when we asked for them. No tea or coffee sachets provided but there were bottles of water and soft drinks, which we didn't take. I think it may be the context where soft drinks (in th fridge) were deemed more suitable and glasses were provided more for soft drinks. I had brought some 3-in-1 coffee sachets all the way from home just in case, that seemed providential when we checked in.
Corridors in front of the lifts on the floors are motion sensored, so we were at first surprised by the darkness when the lift opened, but we got used to it. You have to decide whether you support energy efficiency or not. 😂
All in, we had a memorable time in Chongqing, thanks also to Fandiao. I would go and stay again and recommend it. Just bear in mind that the road right in front of the hotel is closed to the traffic at night on weekends (and likely public holidays). Plenty of food nearby, and beautiful spots for photos. There's also a Lawson store across the bridge 100 metres away where we bought our sandwiches, buns, oden, and coffee, for snacks.
GGuest UserThe room was very spacious overall, and although the furnishings were a bit dated, they were well-maintained. We also booked an executive twin room at the same time, and the hotel front desk was very thoughtful, arranging our rooms next to each other and opening up the connecting door to create a communicating suite, which made staying with family much more convenient. The hotel facilities were also excellent; the kids had a great time in the pool! The snacks at the executive lounge were quite good and tasty. Just a small suggestion: the breakfast selection could be a bit richer.
