Amazing for capsule hotel! Everything 5 stars! Next door is Coop City supermarket, buy the cooked food and eat in the hotel, choose from the nice table or sofa. Feel free to use their tableware, comes with free flow or still/hot or sparking water! Just amazing! Their service-top notch! From cleanliness to friendliness, not to mention helpfulness. Just ask them anything, from tour guide to travel tips, recommendations or so on…
Capsule is huge, good sound proof. Air ventilation very good. Free locker for you, just need to bring your own padlock. They allowed me to use it before check in and way after check in time.
At this price and location, I feel this is definitely a 5 star capsule hotel! Will surely come back!

We arrived to the hotel at 12, but all locker are fully occupied (i remember only around 10 lockers) and I have to carried the luggage and wait for check in nearby the river (lucky not too far) and there is no air-con in the room but hotel do provide a fan for us but still too hot to sleep with.
But the location is very good and hotel provide a free transportation ticket (never used cause we walked)

Location is very central in the old city part but warned that it's not acceptable with a car and the actual check-in happens in a nearby sister property. Wish we get this info in advance especially since we were with a car and was truly hectic getting to check-in. Room decent but don't expect much.

Wow a wonderful stay! Location super convenient i was extra surprised! 10 minutes walk to the main station, or less by bus, and walking distance to the main attractions. Near to the lake and mountains. Coffee tea provided at the reception. Breakfast with diversity included and good price for a stay during Christmas.
2 twin beds instead of 1 double bed. A bit scary at night cause it’s small and old. But clean and lovely enough for a short stay considering all other factors. I love the bathroom btw, nice amenities tho

Location wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.

Fantastic location — just a 3-minute walk from the train station, and both the Chapel Bridge and the lake cruise pier are only about 5 minutes away on foot. You really couldn't ask for a more convenient spot to explore Lucerne.
The room itself is stylish and modern, everything feels brand new. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in a breeze.
The only downside was the shower — the water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold, which wasn't the most pleasant experience. A minor blemish on an otherwise excellent stay.

Very nice stay in the absolute best location. Only complaint was that room hadn’t been cleaned at all prior to our self check in. Assumed that cleaners were running late but when we returned at 6pm the room still had dirty sheets on the bed and wet towels on the floor in the bathroom etc However the problem was very quickly resolved by calling the owner.

Great central hotel close to lake Lucerne. Great breakfast in the morning (until 11am on weekend and 10am midweek). Breakfast was cereal, yoghurt, sausage, bacon, bread, pastries, toast, meats, cheeses, fruit, eggs etc. Lots of selection and all lovely.
The lady on the reception desk was lovely and very helpful (think her name was jasmine).
Reception area great with a vending machine for anything needed.
Only let down was the actual room. Very worn and a very tired room. Such a shame as the rest of the hotel was lovely but unfortunately we wouldn't return as the hotel room was very worn and tired.

The hotel is well located, approximately a 9-minute walk from the nearest station, which made getting around convenient.
Room & Housekeeping:
The room was clean and well maintained throughout my 4-night stay, which I appreciated. However, the minibar was not refilled during the entire stay, which was disappointing and not what I would expect given the price paid.
Staff & Service:
Unfortunately, the service experience was inconsistent. The front desk staff appeared inexperienced and unsure about basic matters such as payment handling and invoicing, which caused unnecessary confusion. It felt as though the staff member may have been an intern without adequate supervision or training.
More concerning was the overall attitude at the counter, which came across as rude and unwelcoming. I sincerely hope this was not a case of discrimination, but the interaction especially with the man staff did not reflect the level of hospitality expected.
Value for Money:
While the hotel positioned itself as high-end in design, the service and experience felt surprisingly basic. For the price charged, it did not offer good value and did not meet the standards.
Overall:
Although the location and cleanliness were positives, the service shortcomings and lack of value significantly affected the overall experience

TT.HeiLocation good. Only a few minutrs walk from Luzern HBF. Room is clean. Love it, when I see how many sockets the room has near the desk and bed-side tables. Very convenient to recharge all the devices. Room temperature is also perfect. I dont need any heating even though I used to get cold easily even during autumn. Helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Enjoyable experience.

GGuest UserRight next to Lucerne train station, you can see it as soon as you step out. All of Lucerne's main attractions are nearby, and there was even a light show on the evenings we were there. The hotel sends a code via email that you can use for public transportation, but we didn't end up using it as we walked to all the main sights. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants right around the hotel, which was super convenient. The staff were very enthusiastic and incredibly nice. All in all, very satisfied.

PPENGThe pictures are all views from the window. See the beautiful scenery of Lake Lucerne. Because it is this, we evaluate 5 stars. The hotel is 4 stars in size and has the same facilities as the domestic express hotel. The room is quite large in Switzerland. The balcony is very nice to see the lake. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

City pass is provided via email in advance, so you can register it in your Apple Pay and ride any bus inside Lucerne city. You can take a 19 bus from the Luzern Bahnhof to arrive to the hostel. The hostel has a spacious public place where you can work/study or chill or have a meal by yourself.
No towel is provided and you need to bring your own.

GGuest UserStepping into the room felt like being back in a school dorm, with bunk beds. The lower bunk was a bit cramped above my head, making it easy to hit my head. As it's a 1-star budget hotel, they don't provide tissues, a kettle, or a hairdryer. The transportation is relatively convenient; directly across the street is a bus stop for bus number 4, which takes you directly to Lucerne train station in three stops. Next to the bus stop is a Thai restaurant. I tried their curry rice, and it was quite good. This restaurant took over from the previous Chinese restaurant, Panda, so be aware that many apps haven't updated this information yet. It's much cheaper to buy water at Denner, which is opposite the restaurant; a 1L bottle of mineral water costs 0.5 Swiss francs, which is significantly cheaper than at the Ibis front desk.

AAnonymous UserThe space is quite large and well-designed, without feeling cheap. The lighting is a bit dim, but that's common in Switzerland, and the lighting design here is actually quite good. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service, which works perfectly. The only downside is navigating a lot of stairs with luggage in the old town.
