"This is my 2nd time to stay in Bayprime hotel. I had to come again because of its ambience, excellent amenities, spacious bedroom and the bed, love it! Unfortunately, I wasn’t t able to avail of the breakfast because I had a very early flight. But this time, I totally enjoyed the food! So lavish and tasteful.My friend and I also dined at the restaurant . We loved their sweet and sour pork and dimsum🥰 I will bring my family with me this summer and stay in Bayprime. My family is looking forward to staying in Bayprime❤️"

"It was very bad to start with. They gave us a very dirty room. Had cockcriaches.. bad deco, safe was broken and the clock was not working. I had to change the room after 3days of living in that room it was very disgusting. I was scared to walk around the room. The balcony doors wouldn't close properly in both rooms so the air conditioning was not effective enough. Also found previous tenants dirty knickers on the balcony floor and when I complained they said maybe clean knickers and did not send any one to remove them from the balcony. Definitely a 1/5 for the room and service in this situation. There was cockcroach prevention houses all over the place and was bitten by lots of mosquitoes and the kitten was dirty in places. They asked for a 2k peso deposit refundable which is fine but I had to pay in cash which in the end I had to go find an atm which was inconvenient and I had to walk about 10min from the hotel because they had no visa card services, being a hotel with 50 floors that was very bad management for their hotel infrastructure for international clients. The restaurant down the street and also the Korean restaurant in the lobby both had visa card machines yet a hotel couldn't do that. Overall the service after few days was much better. The manager Mohammed and workers Charles and Michael started to help make my stay more better which was refreshing and we built good relations. So in the end the last few days was more better. If it was like this from the start then I would definitely give a 4/5."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others The cleanliness was very good everything felt well maintained with only minor areas for improvement The location was excellent making it very convenient to get around and access nearby attractions The service truly stood out with staff being friendly attentive and professional throughout my stay The amenities were also top notch offering everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience Overall a great hotel that delivers on comfort convenience and quality service"

"This is my 5th and I love staying here as always. The hotel is clean and smells good. This hotel is situated nearby park for a quick stroll, restaurants once you get hungry and grocery shops where you can buy your immediate needs. I would say the accommodation is a bit pricey but there are days where you can book this at a very affordable price.Plus the staff are very accommodating and friendly for any urgent needs. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay here and would love to book again here."

"The kindest hotel in Pasig City based on my experience. The front desk staff were very kind, and the way they spoke was gentle and polite. We also had a problem with the bathtub, so we called the front desk. The engineer arrived within 5 minutes and fixed it in another 5 minutes, even though it was around 11 PM. Their response was incredibly fast. I especially remember the FAB restaurant (for breakfast). A staff member named Mr. Zac was very kind, well-mannered, and spoke so gently. Actually not only him, but most of the staff were very kind and polite, showing that they had received special training. Considering the size of the hotel and the quality of the accommodation, the service we received was exceptional. The location is also very convenient, near Robinsons Mall and even connected to the hotel on the 3rd floor. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again."

"Very nice, friendly, helpful and flexible staff. The hotel is very charming, not grand like high rise hotels but more appealing with its more homely atmosphere and old Manila Spanish style architecture. The immediate surrounding outside the property is of course not a sightseeing area but a little walk further you will reach Manila Bay and you can do a nice stroll by the sea. We reserved the restaurant for a small family reunion and the food was great and affordable and the service is really amazing! We had a very comfortable stay and we highly recommend this place."

Enough room for the three of us to move comfortably without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped for simple meals. We did not end up cooking, but knowing we could added flexibility to the stay. Small details were done right. The hot and cold controls for the shower, bathtub, and sink worked perfectly. No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete. Overall, it was a relaxed, well-run stay that worked perfectly for a family trip. Polite service, strong attention to detail, and a location that makes everything convenient. "It was a lovely experience overall, and the staff were genuinely so nice and welcoming. The only hiccup was the check-in time. Trip.com listed it as 2:00 PM, but it's actually 3:00 PM at the hotel. I had to shift my business errands around because of the one-hour difference."
