"I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Hotel 101 for the exceptional service we received during our stay. When I made my online booking, I included a special request asking if there was any complimentary surprise for my child's graduation since it was a very special occasion for our family. I honestly didn't expect anything, so I was truly touched when the manager personally approached me to ask if it would be okay to prepare a chocolate cake as our welcome gift. Upon entering our room, we were welcomed with a delicious chocolate cake and a handwritten Congratulations card from the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you so much to the manager and the entire staff for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and excellent customer service. We truly appreciated everything you did to make our stay extra special. This was already our second stay at Hotel 101, and because of this wonderful experience, we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! Thank you, Hotel 101!"

"This was my second time staying here. Even when it rained, the path to the nearby Robinson's wasn't flooded and difficult to walk, and there's a convenient store nearby, which I found very handy. I felt that my stay was more comfortable than last time. I'd like to stay here again on my next visit."

"I stayed here with my niece for three nights, and we had a great stay overall. The room was spacious, and I loved how fresh and clean the linens smelled. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but I noticed they seemed a bit understaffed. My ramen order was missed on our second day, which was okay. On our last day, it took about 45 minutes to becready, and unfortunately, it wasn’t served that hot. There was also only one staff member clearing tables, so used plates were piling up during the busy breakfast hours. The pool was nice and quiet, and the gym was clean and well-maintained. I also want to give a special shout-out to the security guards and the bellman on the night shift,they were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Despite the breakfast service issues, I would still recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

"Overall great location, 711 accessible, same building. Ayala Malls 5 mins walk, Parqal closed by. MOA - great for morning walk / exercise, back and forth Only downside - you can hear people moving and talking outside your room, sometimes bathroom will smell of smoke (possibly from the exhaust) Lobby - warm and welcoming Employees - all respectable Room - clean, cozy, relaxing Table space - great specially for those who are working Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover 2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in) Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste) Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app Safety deposit box - available Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. Overall great food."

"This is a highly hospitable accommodation no matter when you visit. Although it's a condominium type, the fact that there's a proper reception and 24-hour service is excellent. This time, I shopped at Robinson's and cooked in my room, but the only downside was that the knife was extremely dull. It would be great if they could provide a sharper knife, because travelers can't carry knives around (laughs). In any case, I always use this place and have a comfortable stay. Thank you so much. I'd like to give it 10 stars."
