"Despite a few negative review, we decide to book and stay for 3 nights in this hotel. I must say the hotel is great and suite perfectly for a relax stay near Pattaya.  Room large and clean. The staff always present on the floor and available to change bedsheets if necessary.  The bowling, kids area, snooker and swimming pool are easy accessible and well take care.  The staff great and kind.  Highly recommend"

"I stayed here for two nights, both in a Deluxe King Room with Pool View. The room was 49 square meters, and rooms ending in '8' have one 1.81-meter king bed plus a sofa bed, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for two adults and two small children. The hotel is right by the beach, next door to OZO Hotel. There's a free shuttle service to OZO (as they're part of the same group, but Amari is more upscale than OZO). Pros: 1. Super convenient location, just a crosswalk away from the beach. 2. The hotel has an adult pool, a kids' pool, and a water slide – I went on it 20 times, it was so much fun! 3. There's a Kids' Club with daily activities. 4. Excellent accessibility; there's a free, on-demand shuttle bus to the adjacent OZO hotel (same group). From OZO, it's just a one-minute walk across the street to Terminal 21, which is incredibly convenient. 7-11 and Chinatown are also just a five-minute walk away. 5. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. 6. The room was very spacious. The king bed could easily sleep one adult and two small children, and there was also a sofa bed that could accommodate another adult. 7. Plenty of complimentary bottled water. We were two adults and two children, and asking for extra bottles from the staff was no problem at all. 8. Great value for money. Even during Chinese New Year, it was only 1000 baht per night including tax. 9. No extra charges for exceeding the stated occupancy. My son is over 12 and my daughter is over 8, which, according to hotel policy, should incur adult and child breakfast fees, but when I checked out, I wasn't charged anything extra. Cons: 1. The breakfast restaurant was a bit crowded. 2. The balcony door and room door have very strong self-closing mechanisms. I was closing the balcony door with my phone in hand, and it got caught, shattering my screen protector. Luckily, the phone screen itself was fine. 3. A slight impact on sleep quality: the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, and the curtains weren't fully blackout. Also, the bathroom door is glass, so light would stream into the room early in the morning."

"The hotel is relatively close to the Sanctuary of Truth, about 1.x kilometers away. However, it's quite far from Terminal 21 and the bustling beach area. The upside is that there are various restaurants and massage parlors along the way. The downside is that you'll need to rely on songthaews for all your transportation, and during the May Day holiday, with many Thais also on vacation, the roads were extremely congested. My advice is to prioritize places closer to Terminal 21 for easier access. The air conditioning in the room blew very cold. Even though it was directed towards the window, the cold air bounced back to the head of the bed, and the bed faced a mirror... I woke up feeling cold in the morning because the air blew all night. Turning it up made it too hot, and turning it down just increased the fan speed, making it cold again. The AC filter was extremely dirty, covered in a layer of dust, and the bathroom exhaust fan was the same. It felt unhealthy. It seems like they host a lot of tour groups. A 1000 baht deposit is required, and they'll give you a receipt. Make sure to proactively present the receipt when checking out to get your deposit back, as the front desk won't remind you... speechless... Breakfast was decent for a couple of days, but eating it more than that would get repetitive."

"The hygiene was good. It was a bit inconvenient to ask for a toothbrush at the front desk, and razors weren't provided. The slippers were regular sandals, not disposable, which is eco-friendly. There were mosquitoes at this time of year, but I didn't see any mosquito repellent. The breakfast was quite rich, a mix of Chinese and Western, and tasted good. It's a non-smoking hotel, and you absolutely cannot eat durian in the room. My colleague was fined 1000 Thai Baht just for eating a bite of durian. There are two pools downstairs, where a lot of foreigners often sunbathe, but unfortunately, my business trip schedule was too packed to enjoy them."

"The hotel is conveniently located right by the road, but it can get a bit noisy at night. The room had a bathtub which you had to stand in to shower, which wasn't ideal. However, the price was quite affordable, and I heard there's a pool, but we didn't check it out. There's a great and inexpensive restaurant right across the street, their congee is especially delicious – I highly recommend trying it!"

"This hotel in Pattaya was my dream vacation spot! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink. In the evenings, we relaxed by the pool and watched the stunning pink-orange sunsets – every photo was postcard-perfect. Our room had a huge balcony, and a night market with delicious, affordable durian was within walking distance. Whether you're on a romantic honeymoon or a trip with friends, this place offers the ultimate island getaway vibe. I've already recommended it to everyone I know who's heading to Pattaya!"

"Went to Thailand for Songkran with friends. After Bangkok, we headed to Pattaya. This hotel we booked is in a great location, only a 10-15 minute walk from Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. Transportation and dining options are convenient around here. The best part is the front desk lady was very kind and spoke excellent Chinese, so communication was completely seamless. When checking out, I added the owner on WeChat and found out he's from Yunnan! The room was clean and tidy, and you can smoke on the balcony. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Our second stop on this trip was the Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, nestled on a private stretch of Wong Amat Beach. The hotel offers 353 newly renovated rooms across its main building and Pool Wing. The Premium Pool Access rooms on the ground floor allow direct entry to the pool from the balcony. The Sea View rooms in the main building offer breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic ocean views, with sights extending to the Hilton Pattaya Beach, Bali Hai Pier, and Koh Larn. Relaxing on the balcony with the moist sea breeze and watching the sunset was incredibly rejuvenating. The hotel boasts two outdoor pools adjacent to the beach, plus a kids' pool. The sun loungers by the poolside bar, along with the popular beach bar, create a laid-back vibe on the private beach. Guests can enjoy both motorized and non-motorized water sports here, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, and jet skiing. The breakfast was abundant, featuring options like stir-fried minced pork with basil (Pad Krapow), Indian curries, and Western dishes. There were three automatic coffee machines, and dining by the pool was very relaxing, as was sitting by the sea to enjoy the beautiful views. For leisure, the Aisawan Spa offers traditional Thai massages, while the gym and billiard room cater to indoor fitness needs. The beachfront restaurant and several bars provide all-day dining options. Stepping out, a left turn leads to convenient amenities like 7-Eleven, Lotus's, and Daily supermarkets, along with a row of Thai restaurants and massage shops. A 500-meter walk north and then a left turn brings you to a local night market, making the location extremely convenient. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Terminal 21. The only minor issue is that the hotel itself is a bit older, but the recent renovation has added modern touches like master lighting controls, flat LED TVs, and capsule coffee machines in the rooms. The air conditioning in the rooms was very strong and effective."

"I'm habitually giving this a full five stars. The hotel is old, but the cleanliness is quite good. There's a carpet running down the middle of the hallway, so there's a slight old hotel smell, but it's not unpleasant. The room has laminate flooring and generally stays dry with no strange odors. There's no separate shower, you have to stand in the bathtub with a curtain for a shower, and the showerhead is fixed. What I find most incomprehensible is the lack of slippers and toothbrushes, not even fabric ones. The biggest selling point is the private beach, and the water quality at this location should be the best in all of Pattaya city, even more central to the sea than the neighboring InterContinental. The pool is deep enough, reaching 2.4 meters at its deepest. The guests are mainly Russians, with some Indians and Chinese."
