Spa Hotels in Pattaya

We arrived quite late last night for check-in, and the whole family was pretty tired. However, the service from three staff members – Kim, Pot, and Mos – was incredibly heartwarming. They were polite and efficient throughout the process, and they genuinely 'put themselves in the customer's shoes' to help us find solutions, rather than just rigidly following procedures. Encountering such a warm and thoughtful team even with a late check-in really helped our trip start off on a great note. If hotel management sees this review, I sincerely hope Kim, Pot, and Mos can be properly recognized and praised! As a customer, seeing a hotel with such outstanding and responsible employees makes me genuinely happy for you. Next time I'm in Pattaya, this will definitely be my top choice!

Before I arrived, I had read some posts saying that the hotel rooms were not clean. Yet, I found my room to be clean, and it seemed that it had been renovated recently. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was nice to have a view of the sea. The view was quite amazing. The hotel pool area is terrific, offering different kinds of pools. It really gives you a sense of relaxation.

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen t. curtains block out the light perfectly. While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish. 🐜Tiny ants are present in all rooms ✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out. although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

The air conditioning was leaking, and the sink wouldn't hold water. All I got was an apology when I reported it. However, the outdoor environment and the golf cart service were absolutely top-notch, and the pool was nice too, but why was the water salty? The hotel is quite far from 7-Eleven. There's a great hot pot restaurant called Luck Hot Pot next to McDonald's opposite the hotel; their 250 baht individual set with peeled shrimp is fantastic.

I stayed at Cape Dara Resort Hotel Pattaya for 4 days and 3 nights. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant and pool, was incredibly attentive, professional, and polite. The room was spotlessly clean and offered panoramic views of Pattaya Beach and the pool. The environment was clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable vacation. The bathtub in the room faced the beach and sea, providing a peaceful and relaxing soak with a beautiful view. The balcony also offered stunning sea views, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. The room was exceptionally clean, the surroundings were serene, and I slept wonderfully at night. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant offered a wide and varied selection, and dining with the beach and sea view was delightful. This resort-style hotel is very spacious, featuring a gym, two pools right by the beach, a spa, and free shuttle services to the city center and Pattaya Beach Road Walking Street. It's incredibly convenient for guests. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the large Terminal 21 shopping mall and many nearby restaurants. I had a very enjoyable stay.

The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were polite. It was wonderfully cool inside, a refreshing escape from the heat outside. The atmosphere was great, very pleasant with a swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely stay here again, especially since they have spacious parking, which is very convenient. 10/10! 😊🥰

This five-star luxury hotel is located on a private beach, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The staff are lovely and provide excellent service. I was impressed and delighted; it's definitely worth the price. I will come back again.

Honeymoon room with seaviews is nice and clean, the food in the pool bar not good, indian restaurant and breakfast spread excellent, drinks at sunset bar could barely taste the alcohol in some glasses, cocktails at swim up poop nat surprisingly strong, overall it was a nice stay - relaxing valentines weekend, shout out to the housekeeping staff! every time we walk past a room they are cleaning, they wai and greet us with a smile. Even greeted us Happy Valentines day!!! The towel guys also goes out of their way to find you an empty lounge chair to use! I genuinely felt their hospitality! Frontdesk takes the whole digits of your credit card down after swiping it for security depoait,my husband felt unease/weird with it. Nonetheless everyone helpful

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Arriving in the early morning after a long international flight, we were met with outstanding hospitality from the very first step into the lobby. Our room was absolutely stunning, featuring a private balcony with a breathtaking view. It was thoughtfully appointed with every amenity we could need. A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest. The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day. We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us. Combining a stunning beachfront location with impeccable service and genuinely friendly staff, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.

The rooms are clean and the service is good. There's food downstairs with a restaurant. A little walk further and there's a 7-Eleven, and lots of food options right out front. There's also a swimming pool for relaxation and just chilling out.
