We booked this hotel specifically for its fantastic large swimming pool, and upon arrival, all I could say was, 'Absolutely loved it!' The pool has a dedicated kids' area with slides, a giant water bucket, a large mushroom sprinkler, and even an inflatable play zone. The children had an absolute blast! There were also staff members supervising the area. When we finished swimming, we even got free popsicles. There's also a poolside bar where you can order drinks or alcohol (at an additional cost). All rooms are pool-facing. The ground floor rooms have twin beds, and the second-floor rooms have king-size beds. Each floor has a bathroom and a large bathtub, making it perfect for family travel. Breakfast is included. Since the accommodation area is a bit far from the lobby and breakfast restaurant, you just need to call, and a car will come to pick you up. We paid a deposit upon check-in (some toiletries like bath sponges and certain bottled water incur a charge, so it's good to ask upon arrival). Overall, the experience was great, and it was very quiet at night. The hotel actually offers many other activities and restaurants, but we had our own itinerary and didn't get to experience them all. It feels like you could easily spend a long time just enjoying the hotel's amenities alone! 😊

Anonymous UserIt is a family woth kids hotel. Ideal for kids at all age group to come and enjoy their holiday. Food and drinks are on the expensive side though. The check in and check out counter needs improvement; too long waiting time and the attitude of the concierge is not on the positive side. All other staffs did their best at their duties to make sure guests enjoyed their stay. We love our suite rooms. But activities are focused inside the hotel only because should you leave the hotel with your car, you will immediately loose your parking spot and you will need to search for another that is a very far walk to the lobby or a very tight one. We can feel the effort of the hotel to manage the high volume crowd. All in all, the stay was a 5 star, our kid enjoyed so much we came more than once already.
Ps. Some food vouchers were given when booked directly from the hotel, but excluded when booked from Trip.com. We felt a bit let down by this.

Anonymous UserExcellent hotel. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafes and bars nearby. The small night market is also just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel has two small pools and a restaurant with reasonable prices. The breakfast was delicious, with rice, various meats, sausages, pancakes, yogurt, dried fruits, and fresh fruits like pineapple, watermelon, and papaya. The only thing missing was pastries.
The room had a bathtub, a balcony, bathrobes, and an umbrella. The cleaning was good (for Thailand).
Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Paul HKTThis hotel is pretty good, close to the business district and food options, and not far from the beach. The room was okay, with cold air conditioning and strong water pressure. The staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to help. When it rained heavily during my stay, the staff were very helpful. The room was quite clean. For this price, and with this level of service, it's definitely a thumbs up!

We booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival.
🛏️ The Room & Comfort
The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner.
The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot.
📺 Appliances & Tech
WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day.
Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter.
Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly.
Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove.
🍳 Dining & Breakfast
Served buffet-style and tasted amazing.
Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods.
But there were no seafood or fish available.
🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location
Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees.
Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel.
🔄 Verdict
We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating

The hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

We had a great stay here , the room itself was great. Very spacious, cozy and modern at the same time. The restaurant offers a huge variety of different options although the breakfast was the only average part. The swimming pools are nice and well looked after and the massage bed beside the pool is a very nice touch. I recommend everyone to try it at least once. The staff was very nice, cheerfull and very much helpful and ready to assist us in any matter. The gym was very underwhelming for me as the equipment is very very limited and it’s not a 24h gym as other hotels around here offer. The hotel is located by the beach so that is a big advantage as well. Overall I enjoyed my time here and I praise the staff for the wonderful hospitality and the smooth service they provided us.

張辰逸It can be a bit noisy, and the air conditioning is a wall-mounted unit. Personally, if you need a quiet place, this isn't for you. However, the location is excellent. If you like to party, this is the spot!

The room was indeed spacious, but there were a lot of Indian guests.
The room had a balcony, but to my surprise, there was still trash left behind by the previous guest.
Breakfast options were limited, but there's a 7-Eleven right outside, so it wasn't a big deal.
I stayed on the top floor that day, and some areas on certain floors were dimly lit at night.

This hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.
