It's just a few minutes' walk to Okachimachi Station, and there are plenty of authentic izakayas and yakitori spots tucked away nearby. You'll never have to worry about finding something to eat at night."

"The location is excellent, right at the entrance of Tobu, making travel convenient. The hotel is not big, but the hardware facilities are very good. The room is equipped with a sauna, and the toiletries are also high-end brand goods. Breakfast is delivered to the door of the room according to the time requested by the guests. The only drawback is that the food is the same every day, which is a bit monotonous."

"Spacious room and bathroom for one person. Great view of Tokyo Station and the trains coming and going. Quiet room but if you are bothered by train noises, you may want to request room on the Marunouchi side of the hotel. Staff were friendly amd helpful, giving me detailed info on the airport bus upoj request. Hotel laundry was also returned promptly."

"Overall the building is brand new but tiny entrances with strps up to the lift level before it takes you to your floor. Very inconvenient to carry anything heavy up and down (strollers and luggages alike). What we really didnt like is that one of the days we realised a stranger (definitely not the guests in our next door unit) was able to enter into our floor and our gate (card access only to each floor) which is very unsafe! Make sure to lock your room door promptly everytime after opening. Our room for 4 was in another building away about 3mins walk from the main building where reception is. Reception service differs depend on which lady is on duty. The lady with fluent English is helpful, patient and friendly compred to the other who was impatient with us when we notified that housekeeping did not top up our in room amenities (green tea and coffee) for a couple days then. Our mini apartment of 2 single + 1 double beds comes with a mini kitchen + dining area which is great as there are many cooking appliances included. However windows of all 3 days open up to the next door buildings, cant really open all the way without peiple looking in. There is supposed to be housekeeping but we finally made a request to vacuum our floor after 3 days as all the snacks left behind by oyr kids were just left on the floor, in pieces or crushed powder format or swept under the beds... apparently cleaners only magic sweep the floor everyday. Also, if you need your beds made, need to put in special request too. Kids like the area which is where we are.familiar with, Shinjuku Gyoemae, nearby the garden. Not nearest to amenities but there is a 7-Eleven within steps away from our building. We will definitely.come back again for the right price."

"Overall good stay. Hotel and room were a little outdated but the room was very spacious and the sauna was an added bonus, especially after a cold day out and about. Great location, close to metro and other interesting neighborhoods - its called a love hotel for a reason.."

"It is very convenient within a few minutes' walk from Meguro Station. I booked breakfast for 2 consecutive days, but I didn't choose it. It was just a Western meal on the first day and a Japanese meal on the second day. There are soft drinks in the lobby, but I didn't drink anything except coffee. It's good."

"It’s hard to find a hotel with a higher price/performance ratio in Tokyo. The room also has a sauna room, the price is right, the quiet soundproofing effect is good, the front desk will not face the guests, and the privacy is very high."

"This is an older hotel located on a commercial street. It has the largest room we stayed in when we came to Japan. Although the room facilities are old, it is very clean and has an elevator, making travel convenient."

"Excellent services. We chose king classic with 2 single beds, enough for a family with 2 young children. We chose this hotel for convenience- a few restaurants just next to the hotel lobby, and a Family Mart within 3 min walk. We took the train (2 min walk) to transfer to JR Yamanote line and went to Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc easily. Ginza is about 10 min taxi ride.  Bonus - The hotel has a beautiful view overlooking the Tokyo Bay and we saw sunrises at 6-7am."

"A really great stay. The room was clean and spacious, with an unbeatable garden view. During cherry blossom season, you can truly enjoy all the beautiful scenery without even leaving the hotel. When my child fell ill, the front desk manager was very attentive and helped us contact a hospital. We're very grateful!"
