"1. Location. There weren't too many people and the transportation wasn't bad. 2. Service. You are really kind. I accidentally broke a plate 😅 He took care of it quickly and reliably and was kind to me for apologizing. Water bottles not in the refrigerator are free, and you can get more if you want. In terms of service, favorability has increased significantly. 3. This quality at this price. Very good. I especially liked that the bathroom was very clean. 4. I didn’t say anything in particular, but overall it wasn’t bad. Breakfast was quite good. In terms of cost-effectiveness and service, this is a hotel I want to visit again the next time I go to Paris."

"We have lived in Paris as well as stayed in Paris on our way to my husbands parents many times. The location of this hotel is perfect. The service is not the best. Two men standing at reception watching us carrying bags up the stairs and no assistance. At the other 10 hotels of the same calibre we were always assisted with luggage and a warm greeting. It did not happen here."

"Breakfast is very good, continental breakfast. Simple and delicious for me. No extra bed, suitable for traveling with children. There is a connected parent-child room. The location of the hotel is about 3-5 minutes from the subway station. There is a beautiful Luxembourg Park nearby. It is also convenient to walk to the Flower God Cafe. There is also a supermarket nearby. It is convenient to buy fruits or simple snacks. It's a beauty when the bell rings near the church nearby!"

"The room is spacious with a double bed, so solo travellers like myself would find it very comfortable. The toilet is equally spacious as well. The down side is that there is no dry and wet area separation. I was there when average temp is 19-22c. So at night when you have to walk into the toilet, it’s cold and wet. I was initially a little paranoid with the toilet windows and room windows opening to a small garden.(all 1st floor rooms opening to the same garden too) but it’s all good, in fact a nice gesture for a little fresh air sometimes. I stayed for 4 nights, hotel staff are always accommodating and helpful, friendly and nice people. Location wise, it’s not exactly right outside the train station or bus stop, train station is about 7-10mins. Depending where you from, there is a slope to reach the entrance. It’s convenient to the airport as well. I have huge luggage and it’s flat road all the way to the RER line. (With elevators all the way to the train) given the hotel is located in 5th arrondissement, i feel it worth every penny 😁 nice park as well near the station."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)"

"Our stay here at Hotel Les Rives de Notre-Dame, was like a breath of fresh air. We walked up to a small door facing the Seine, greeted by such a warm staff, Eliza, who welcomed us as if we were friends who came over to stay. We were surprised to be upgraded to the best room in the hotel for our 1 night stay. The room in the article was outstanding, every detail well thought of, the view from the attic windows, the little roller shades to block out light and for privacy, the bathrooms, closets and even the curtains to separate the bed from the living area. Beautiful, cozy and warm hospitality from everyone. Dino helped us with the checkout . He was so helpful and even bid us farewell as if we were friends leaving his home. I’d stay here again for sure. So lovely, we really didn’t want to leave. Thank you, very much."

"Hotel perfectly placed for those who want to take Orly bus early in the morning. Smiling and pleasant staff. Clean and quiet room. Problems: no hot water in the shower and no bottle of water available. Considering the price of the hotel, this is very disappointing."
