GGuest UserService was excellent, from the moment we arrived the staff were warm, friendly and nothing was a problem the people really cement the quality of the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and stylish (it’s still very new) there is a lovely seating area downstairs that’s calm and comfortable. The rooms are again very stylish, nice big bathroom and shower, the toiletries are all Diptyque and smell lovely. The soundproofing is as good as it gets, one night it was a little hot in the room and we opened a window only to be stunned by how busy and noisy the road was outside, non of which could be heard in the room nor did I hear others in the hallway or the opening/closing of room doors. The towels were fluffy and bed was comfy with nice linens. Nepresso I the room as well as nice teas and nice tea making facilities. The filtered water bottle would have been nice to have been filled up daily, it was there on arrival but not again. We ate in the restaurant the first night which was a lovely meal, each of the dishes were a little surprising but delicious and well thought out. My only disappointment would be the breakfast, it was very simple. Everything was of really good quality delicious bread & pastries, granola, bread, organic eggs (boil yourself), yogurt, some chopped fruit, but it was relatively basic and not a huge amount of choice the coffee was pretty bad unfortunately by any standard, the nepresso in the room was significantly better. Especially after the great evening meal in the hotel that was a shame. There is an a l’carte breakfast menu but that is additional/separate charge €10-20 per dish. If there was a little bit more there such as eggs cooked for you, avocado, some tomato’s/veggies, maybe some berries and fruits like kiwis already chopped rather than in the bowl whole etc it would have been spot on, I don’t think it needed much. The above may be more to my taste but i feel the point is fair. We like to have a good breakfast in the hotel so that is a bit of a sticking point for us on whether we’d come back but everything else was spot on so maybe we would and just try to find a local brunch/breakfast spot locally. If you just like a light, simple breakfast and go then that’s really the only negative and likely won’t be an issue for you.

GGuest UserThis hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it.
Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee.

The breakfast offered a rich variety of sweet and savory options, along with various teas, chicory coffee, and other choices – it was really complete. I highly recommend this accommodation, which is just a stone's throw from the metro.

The wooden floors are a major issue for noise. We could clearly hear movement from the room above, the room next door, and even our own footsteps echoed. The sound insulation is very poor.
Beautiful hotel, but would not recommend if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression.
The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins.

GGuest UserIt was a quiet place, a 10-minute walk from Place de la Concorde and with access to two stations.
The room was very cute and the view of the Parisian buildings was relaxing. The amenities were also very good, including slippers and bathrobes. The staff were also kind.
The shower had hot water in the morning, but not at night, which was a bit disappointing.

VVanz DiaryIt’s my first time visiting Paris and I booked this hostel last minute. Im happy that I booked with 4 bunked beds sharing and had the incredible view of Place de la nation. This hostel estimated 40 mns go to Jarden de la Tour Eiffel using line 6. What I love about this hostel is besides supermarket and many restaurants. 2 mns walk from the Metro Station. It might take few minutes from the tourist attraction but its more quiter side which is I love aboutit. The rooftop is amazing , its just so happen there’s a wedding reception happening. The downside is that the storage luggage has fee. Make sure to bring your a padlock for your room locker.
